The present invention relates to a cabinet for keeping a mold, configured to be smoothly operated without causing deformation or failure of a frame when a rack on which the mold is mounted is withdrawn and preserved and at the same time preventing deformation, oxidation and pollution of the mold caused by inducement of foreign materials as well as inconvenience, musculoskeletal injuries and accidents of a worker who handles heavy loads. The present invention comprises: a main body frame for offering a space for preserving the mold; a door installed in front of the main body frame in a sliding manner to be able to be opened and closed; guide rails and assistant guide rails arranged in a multistage manner on an inner wall of the main frame and the door; and the rack configured to horizontally enter and exit along the guide rails, wherein the guide rails are fixatedly installed on support pieces and flat bars installed on the inner wall of the main body frame and the door, slide recess are formed on both sides of a middle end portion of a body and simultaneously a semispherical recess is formed on an upper surface such that a bearing is installed within a binding plate to freely rotate, support rollers are installed at both sides of a bottom part of the rack to be arranged within the slide recesses of the guide rail and simultaneously a plate body in which lubrication components are impregnated is provided to come into rolling contact with the bearing and to slide.
본 발명은, 금형이 탑재된 선반의 인출 및 보관시에 프레임이 변형되거나 고장을 일으키는 일 없이 원할하게 작동되도록 구성함과 동시에 무거운 하중을 다루는 작업자의 편리성 및 근골격계 부상 예방과 안전사고는 물론 이물질의 유입으로 인한 금형의 변형, 산화, 오염을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 금형 보관용 캐비닛에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 금형을 보관하기 위한 공간을 제공하는 본체 프레임과, 이 본체 프레임의 전방에 여닫이 방식으로 개폐 가능하게 설치되는 도어와, 상기 본체 프레임 및 도어의 내벽에 다단으로 배치되는 가이드레일 및 보조 가이드레일과, 이들 가이드레일을 따라 수평으로 출입하도록 구성된 선반을 구비하며, 상기 가이드레일은 본체 프레임 및 도어의 내벽에 장착된 받침편 및 평철 상에 고정 설치되고, 몸체의 중단부 양측에는 상호 대향하도록 슬라이드홈이 형성됨과 동시에 상부면에 반구홈이 형성되어 베어링이 자유롭게 회전하도록 결속판 내에 배설되어 있으며, 상기 선반의 저면부 양측에는 지지롤러가 장착되어 가이드레일의 슬라이드홈 내에 배치됨과 동시에 베어링에 구름 접촉하여 활주하도록 윤활성분이 함침된 판상체가 구비되어 있다.
