Deck for non-slip synthetic wood connection
The present invention relates to a non-slip synthetic wood connecting deck and, more specifically, to a non-slip synthetic wood connecting deck which forms coupling recesses on both sides using a reusable material in producing the deck, performs an extrusion and forming process to form a member installation recess on an upper side, is connected to both sides or either side thereof via an independently extruded fixture, and installs an anti-skidding packing to be able to show a non-slip and other various functions on the upper side of the fixation member. The present invention provides a synthetic wood deck assembling structure, comprising: a synthetic wood deck supplying reusable wood, waste wood and wood byproducts to a crusher, drying wood fiber, and mixing and drying and extruding pellets, and forming the member installation recess on the upper side of a coupling recess; a fixation member forming a packing installation recess, forming a coupling member, coupled to the coupling recess, at both sides of the extruded member forming a downward hollow space, being composed of non-slip wings forming the packing installation recess on an upper side of the extruded member, and fixating the extruded member and the anti-skidding packing at a structural square pipe; and the anti-skidding packing coupled to the packing installation recess, wherein the fixation member forms a central hole and a coupling hole at an upper side and a lower side of the extruded member with a rectangular hollow space toward a lower side of the packing installation recess, and forms the coupling members on both sides, and then the anti-skidding packing is positioned in the packing installation recess formed on the non-slip wing of the upper side, thereby preventing slippage.
본 발명은 논스립 방지용 합성목재 연결을 위한 데크에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 데크를 생산하는 과정에서 재활용 재질을 이용하여 양쪽 측면에 체결홈이 형성되고 상측에 부재 설치홈이 형성되도록 압출 성형하고, 독립되게 압출하는 고정부재를 통하여 합성목재 데크의 양쪽 또는 한쪽에서 연결되며, 고정부재의 상측에서 논스립과 다양한 기능성을 부여할 수 있도록 하는 미끄럼방지 패킹을 설치하는 논스립 방지용 합성목재 연결을 위한 데크에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 재활용 목재 및 폐목재, 원목 부산물을 분쇄기에 공급하여 분쇄한 목섬유를 건조기시켜 펠릿을 배합, 건조시켜 압출하며 체결홈의 상측에 부재 설치홈을 형성하는 합성목재 데크와; 중앙에 패킹 설치홈을 형성하고 하측으로 중공을 형성하는 압출부재의 양쪽으로 체결홈에 결합하는 결합부재를 형성하고, 상기 압출부재의 상측으로 패킹 설치홈을 형성하는 논스립 날개로 이루어지며, 상기 압출부재와 미끄럼방지 패킹을 고정스크류로 구조용 각관에 고정하는 고정부재와; 상기 패킹 설치홈에 결합하는 미끄럼방지 패킹으로 이루어지는 합성목재 데크 조립구조에 있어서,상기 고정부재는 패킹 설치홈의 하측으로 사각형의 중공을 갖는 압출부재 상측과 하측에 중앙구멍과 체결구멍이 형성되고 양쪽으로 결합부재가 형성된 후 상측의 논스립 날개에 형성한 패킹 설치홈으로 미끄럼방지 패킹이 형성되어 논스립을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
