METHOD CONSTRUCTURING AN UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE USING A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to an underground structure construction method using a temporary structure. The underground structure construction method includes the following steps of: driving first and second retaining walls into both ends of the ground for installation, and driving central piles in a line into the ground located between the first and second retaining walls; primarily excavating an excavation area of the ground located between the first and second retaining walls, installing molding beams on the central piles and the first and second retaining walls, and installing lining plates on the molding beams; installing foundation support beams between the first and second retaining walls by secondarily excavating the excavation area between the first and second retaining walls; constructing a unit inner concrete wall on each of the first and second retaining walls by arranging concrete panels on each of the first and second retaining walls in a horizontal direction while fixing the panels with support materials by tertiarily excavating the excavation area between the first and second retaining walls; constructing a first inner concrete wall on the first retaining wall and a second inner concrete wall on the second retaining wall by repeating the unit inner concrete wall construction step to a set depth; and placing foundation concrete and dumping concrete on the underground floor located between the first and second retaining walls. According to the present invention, construction is simple and construction periods can be shortened.
본 발명은 가설구조물을 이용한 지중구조물시공방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 구조물을 설치할 지반 양쪽 끝부분에 제1,2 흙막이벽체를 박고, 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체 사이에 위치하는 지반에 중앙파일들을 일렬로 박는 단계; 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체 사이에 위치하는 지반의 굴착영역을 1차로 굴착하고 상기 제1,2 흑막이 벽체와 중앙파일들의 상단부에 주형보들을 설치하고 상기 주형보들에 복공판들을 설치하는 단계; 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체 사이의 굴착영역을 2차로 굴착하여 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체 사이에 기초 버팀보들을 설치하는 단계; 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체 사이의 굴착영역을 3차로 굴착하여 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체에 각각 콘크리트패널을 수평방향으로 배열하면서 지보재로 고정하여 제1,2 흙막이벽체에 각각 단위내측콘크리트벽체를 시공하는 단위내측콘크리트벽체 시공단계; 상기 단위내측콘크리트벽체 시공단계를 설정된 깊이로 반복하여 제1 흙막이벽체에 제1 내측콘크리트벽체를, 제2 흙막이벽체에 제2 내측콘크리트벽체를 시공하는 단계; 상기 제1,2 내측콘크리트벽체의 사이에 위치하는 지하 바닥에 버림콘크리트와 기초콘크리트를 타설하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 시공이 간단하면서 공사 기간을 단축시킨다.
METHOD CONSTRUCTURING AN UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE USING A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to an underground structure construction method using a temporary structure. 본 발명은 가설구조물을 이용한 지중구조물시공방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 구조물을 설치할 지반 양쪽 끝부분에 제1,2 흙막이벽체를 박고, 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체 사이에 위치하는 지반에 중앙파일들을 일렬로 박는 단계; 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체 사이에 위치하는 지반의 굴착영역을 1차로 굴착하고 상기 제1,2 흑막이 벽체와 중앙파일들의 상단부에 주형보들을 설치하고 상기 주형보들에 복공판들을 설치하는 단계; 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체 사이의 굴착영역을 2차로 굴착하여 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체 사이에 기초 버팀보들을 설치하는 단계; 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체 사이의 굴착영역을 3차로 굴착하여 상기 제1,2 흙막이벽체에 각각 콘크리트패널을 수평방향으로 배열하면서 지보재로 고정하여 제1,2 흙막이벽체에 각각 단위내측콘크리트벽체를 시공하는 단위내측콘크리트벽체 시공단계; 상기 단위내측콘크리트벽체 시공단계를 설정된 깊이로 반복하여 제1 흙막이벽체에 제1 내측콘크리트벽체를, 제2 흙막이벽체에 제2 내측콘크리트벽체를 시공하는 단계; 상기 제1,2 내측콘크리트벽체의 사이에 위치하는 지하 바닥에 버림콘크리트와 기초콘크리트를 타설하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 시공이 간단하면서 공사 기간을 단축시킨다.
