Soundproof panel construction method for easy maintenance
The present invention relates to a soundproof panel construction method making partial maintenance easy, which comprises the steps of: interposing both ends of a lower end frame (230) between a pair of H-shaped steel beams (10) spaced apart from each other; disposing a pair of fixing frames (100) respectively inside the pair of the H-shaped steel beams (10), wherein the lower end of the fixing frame is fixed on the ground surface or a fixed plate (20) and both ends of the lower end frame (230) are joined respectively to the pair of the fixing frames (100); joining both ends of a middle frame (220) respectively to the pair of the fixing frames (100); joining both ends of an upper end frame (210) respectively to the pair of the fixing frames (100); and inserting and fixing a soundproof panel (300) between the upper end frame (210) and the middle frame (220) and between the middle frame (220) and the lower end frame (230), wherein although a soundproof panel to be replaced among a plurality of soundproof panels is disposed relatively downward, the same can be easily replaced.
본 발명은 부분 유지 보수가 용이한 방음패널 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 하단프레임(230)의 양단을 서로 이격 배치된 한 쌍의 H형강 지주(10) 사이에 배치하는 단계, 상기 한 쌍의 고정프레임(100)을 한 쌍의 H형강 지주(10) 내에 각각 배치하되 하단을 지면 또는 고정판(20) 상에 고정하며, 상기 하단프레임(230)의 양단을 한 쌍의 고정프레임(100)과 결합하는 단계, 상기 중간프레임(220)의 양단을 상기 한 쌍의 고정프레임(100)에 각각 결합하는 단계, 상기 상단프레임(210)의 양단을 상기 한 쌍의 고정프레임(100)에 각각 결합하는 단계 및 상기 상단프레임(210)과 중간프레임(220) 사이 및 중간프레임(220)과 하단프레임(230) 사이에 방음패널(300)을 삽입 및 고정하는 단계를 포함하여, 복수의 방음패널 중 교체 대상 방음패널이 상대적으로 하측에 배치되어도, 용이하게 교체할 수 있도록 제공되는 방음패널 시공방법이다.
