The present invention relates to a breakwater fence using a safety handrail allowing emergency rescue. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a breakwater fence using a safety handrail allowing emergency rescue, which enables rapid and safe rescue when falling accidents occur nearby a breakwater. To this end, provided is a breakwater fence using a safety handrail, which comprises: a plurality of poles installed to be spaced apart from one another on the breakwater; a plurality of horizontal bars connecting two poles disposed adjacent to each other; and an emergency stretcher having a support part connecting some poles among the poles, wherein the support part is assembled on the poles to have a structure to be detachable from the poles and form space where an injured person can lie down, and having a foothold member having one end hinge-coupled to the support part such that the same is folded to come into close contact with the support part or is unfolded to protrude from the support part.
본 발명은 긴급구조가 가능한 방파제 안전난간 휀스에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 방파제의 주변에서 추락사고가 발생할 경우, 신속하고 안전한 구조가 가능하게 하는 긴급구조가 가능한 방파제 안전난간 휀스를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 방파제 상에서 서로 이격되게 설치된 다수의 기둥; 상호 이웃하게 배치된 두 기둥을 서로 연결하는 다수의 수평바; 및 상기 다수의 기둥 중 일부 기둥을 서로 연결하되, 기둥으로부터 분리 가능한 구조를 갖도록 기둥에 조립되며, 부상자가 누울 수 있는 공간을 형성하는 받침부 및 상기 받침부에 밀착되도록 접혀지거나 받침부로부터 돌출되게 펼쳐지도록 받침부에 일측단이 힌지결합된 발판부재를 포함하는 응급들것;으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 긴급구조가 가능한 방파제 안전난간 휀스를 제공한다.
