STREET CLEANING VEHICLE OF MULTISTEP DUST PROCESS TYPE
The present invention relates to a street dust absorbing cleaner vehicle by a multistep foreign substance treatment method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the street dust absorbing cleaner vehicle comprises: a vehicle main frame; an absorbing unit mounted on the vehicle main frame to absorb foreign substances existing on a road surface; an air-blowing force generation unit which provides an absorbing force to the absorbing unit; a first loading unit which primarily treats foreign substances absorbed from the absorbing unit by gravity; a second loading unit placed adjacent to the first loading unit to have a cyclone unit to secondarily treat the foreign substances introduced from the first loading unit; a third loading unit placed adjacent to the second loading unit to treat the foreign substances introduced from the second loading unit for the third time through a first filter; a fine filter unit which guides the air filtered out through the first filter towards a main duct, and treats the foreign substances from the air introduced into the main duct for the fourth time through a second filter; and a discharge duct which discharges the air filtered out through the fine filter unit to the outside. The first loading unit through the third loading unit are successively placed to be adjacent to each other. As the foreign substances introduced from the absorbing unit move from the first loading unit towards the third loading unit, the size of the foreign substances filtered out gradually decreases. The present invention aims to be able to filter out even superfine dust.
본 발명의 일실시예는 차량 본체; 상기 차량 본체에 장착되며, 노면에 존재하는 이물질을 흡입하는 흡입부; 상기 흡입부로 흡입력을 제공하는 송풍력 발생부; 상기 흡입부로부터 흡입된 이물질을 중력에 의해 1차적으로 이물질 처리를 하는 제1 적재부; 상기 제1 적재부와 이웃하게 배치되며, 사이클론부가 구비되어 상기 제1 적재부로부터 유입된 이물질에 대해 2차적으로 이물질 처리를 하는 제2 적재부; 상기 제2 적재부와 이웃하게 배치되며, 상기 제2 적재부로부터 유입된 이물질에 대해 제1 필터를 통해 3차적으로 이물질 처리를 하는 제3 적재부; 상기 제1 필터를 통해 필터링된 공기는 메인덕트로 안내되고, 제2 필터를 통해 상기 메인덕트로 유입된 공기에 대해 4차적으로 이물질 처리를 하는 미세 필터부; 및 상기 미세 필터부를 통해 필터링된 공기를 외부로 배출하는 배출덕트를 포함하며, 상기 제1 적재부 내지 제3 적재부는 이웃하게 연속적으로 배치되고, 상기 흡입부로부터 흡입된 이물질이 상기 제1 적재부로부터 상기 제3 적재부로 이동될수록 필터링되는 이물질의 크기는 점차적으로 작아지는 것인 다단 이물질 처리 방식의 도로분진 흡입청소차를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a street dust absorbing cleaner vehicle by a multistep foreign substance treatment method.
