COATING STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE SURFACE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a coating structure for a concrete surface, which coats the surface of a concrete structure by being applied to the surface of a concrete structure. The coating structure for a concrete surface includes: a refilling material refilling a bore formed on the surface of the concrete structure; a binding material applied to the surface of the concrete structure in which the bore is refilled; a resin anchor material installed to be dispersed in the binding material, wherein a part of the resin anchor material is embedded in the binding material and the remaining part protrudes to the outside of the binding material; and a coating material coating the surface of the concrete structure by being fused, sprayed, and applied to the upper surface of the binding material on which the resin anchor material is installed to be dispersed. When the surface of the concrete structure is coated by polymer, the coating structure for a concrete surface stably maintains a state in which the polymer is coated on the surface of the concrete. So, the coating structure for a concrete surface can improve durability of the concrete structure and can reduce costs consumed for maintenance.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 표면에 도포되어 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 표면을 코팅하는 콘크리트 표면 코팅구조로서, 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 표면에 형성된 공극을 되메우는 되메움재와; 상기 공극이 되메움된 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 표면에 도포되는 접착재와; 상기 접착재의 내부에 일부가 매립되고 나머지 일부가 상기 접착재의 외부로 돌출되며 상기 접착재에 분산되게 배치되는 수지 앵커재와; 상기 수지 앵커재가 분산되게 배치된 상기 접착재의 상면에 용융 분사 도포되어 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 표면이 코팅되도록 하는 코팅재를; 포함함으로써, 콘크리트 구조물의 표면을 폴리머로 코팅시에 코팅된 상기 폴리머가 콘크리트의 표면에 코팅된 상태를 견고하게 유지되도록 하여 콘크리트 구조물의 내구성을 향상시킴으로써 유지 및 보수에 소요되는 비용을 절감시킬 수 있다.
