Double Layered Aluminum Foam Panel for Architecture
The present invention relates to a foaming aluminum panel for construction having a multi-layered structure, which forms a foaming aluminum panel of a double structure that upper and lower layer parts are integrated by stacking a mixed powder extrusion material of aluminum alloy powder and foaming agent powder mixed by a different ratio on one mold, and foaming and thermally treating the same in order to improve heat insulation properties and sound absorption properties of a building, wherein the upper layer part has relatively high porosity and low tensile strength, and the lower layer part has relatively low porosity and high tensile strength, thereby improving sound absorbing performance and impact resistance of the foaming aluminum panel by the upper layer part, and improving the strength of the foaming aluminum panel by the lower layer part.
본 발명은 건축물의 보온단열성과 흡음성 등을 향상시키기 위하여 하나의 금형에 서로 다른 비율로 혼합된 알루미늄 합금 분말과 발포제 분말의 혼합 분말 압출재를 적층한 후 발포 열처리하여 상층부와 하층부가 일체화된 2중 구조의 발포 알루미늄 패널을 형성하되, 상층부는 상대적으로 높은 공극률과 낮은 인장강도를 가지고 하층부는 상대적으로 낮은 공극률과 높은 인장강도를 가지도록 구성함으로써, 상층부에 의해 발포 알루미늄 패널의 흡음성능과 내충격성을 향상시키고, 하층부에 의해 발포 알루미늄 패널의 강도를 향상시키는 복층 구조를 가지는 건축용 발포 알루미늄 패널에 관한 것이다.
