The present invention provides a hatch device configured to smoothly perform an opening and closing operation, and not generating a protrusion on a bottom surface to efficiently use a narrow indoor space in a ship, or the like. According to the present invention, the hatch device comprises: a frame forming a hatch path in a center, and having a side wall standing around the hatch path; a cover plate closing the hatch path, and in which a packing close to an upper end of the side wall is installed along the circumference of a lower surface; a hinge device for allowing a turning operation of the cover plate for opening the hatch path; an engaging member fixed to the side wall of the frame; and a locking device installed in a lower surface of the cover plate, and locked to and released from the engaging member. The cover plate covers a hinge device from an upper side, and a polygon groove for tool engaging is formed on an upper surface of the cover plate.
본 발명은 선박 등에서 좁은 실내공간을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 바닥면에 돌출물이 발생하지 않도록 하고, 원활한 개폐작동이 가능하도록 구성한 해치장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 중심부에 해치통로를 형성하는 것으로서 해치통로의 둘레에 세워진 측벽을 가지는 프레임과, 해치통로를 폐쇄하는 것으로서 측벽의 상단에 밀착하는 패킹이 하면의 둘레를 따라 설치된 덮개판과, 상기 해치통로를 개방하는 상기 덮개판의 선회작동이 가능하게 하는 힌지장치와, 상기 프레임의 상기 측벽에 고정된 걸림부재와, 상기 덮개판의 하면에 설치되어 걸림부재에 걸림 및 걸림해제되는 락킹장치를 포함하되, 상기 덮개판은 힌지장치를 상측에서 덮고 덮개판의 상면에는 공구끼움용 다각홈이 형성된다.
