The objective of the present invention is to provide a horizontal drain member capable of increasing drain efficiency. According to the present invention, a plurality of flow paths (16) are formed by a cross section of a flow path gradually increased from the center of a core (10) toward a side part or are formed by alternately arranging a flow path with a relatively small cross-section and a flow path with a relatively large cross-section. The core (10) comprises an upper plate (11), a lower plate (13), an inclined plate (13), an inner plate (14), and an outer plate (15).
