본 발명은 플로어 커버링 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 방법은 합성 재료-기반의 출발 재료 (4) 의 통합에 의해 단층 또는 다층 기재 (3) 를 형성하는 제 1 단계를 적어도 포함하고, 뿐만 아니라 적어도 하나의 연속 필름 (6) 이 기재 (3) 상에 적층되는, 제 1 단계 이후의, 바람직하게는 상기 제 1 단계에 따라 수행되는 제 2 단계를 포함하고, 상기 적층은 벨트 프레스 (7) 에 의해 수행된다.
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a floor covering product, the method comprising the steps of- forming a single- or multilayered substrate by consolidating synthetic material-based starting material (4);- applying a print directly on the formed substrate; said print forming a decor;- applying a transparent lacquer layer;- providing impressions on the surface before or after applying said transparent lacquer layer.
