Accelerator for Anti-freezing Concrete High Early Strength Concrete Composition Using the Accelerator and Construction Method of the Concrete
The present invention relates to an organic and inorganic complex liquid concrete accelerator composition under a low-temperature environment, a construction period shortening high early strength concrete composition desirably using the accelerator composition, and to a method desirably constructing the high early strength concrete. The organic and inorganic complex liquid concrete accelerator composition is composed of: 1-4 parts by weight of sodium sulfate; 5-13 parts by weight of sodium nitrate; 2-10 parts by weight of aluminium sulfate; 3-8 parts by weight of sodium thiocyanate; 1-5 parts by weight of hindered alkanolamine; and 65-90 parts by weight of water. The liquid concrete accelerator composition may be mixed as much as 1.5-3 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement when mixing cement with concrete. In addition, the concrete mixing leads to construction period shortening high early strength concrete which can be produced by using the existing facilities in a ready-mixed concrete factory without changes.
본 발명은 저온환경에서의 유무기 복합 액상형 콘크리트 내한 촉진제 조성물과, 이러한 내한 촉진제 조성물을 바람직하게 이용한 공기단축형 조강콘크리트 조성물과 그 조강콘크리트의 바람직한 시공방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 유무기 복합 액상형 콘크리트 내한 촉진제 조성물은 황산나트륨 1~4중량부; 질산나트륨 5~13중량부; 황산알루미늄 2~10중량부; 티오시안산나트륨 3~8중량부; 입체장애알카놀아민 1~5중량부; 물 65~90중량부;를 포함하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 액상형 콘크리트 내한 촉진제 조성물은 시멘트 콘크리트 배합에서 시멘트 100중량부에 대하여 1.5~3중량부 혼입할 수 있으며, 이러한 콘크리트 배합은 공기단축형 조강콘크리트로 기존 레미콘 공장의 설비를 그대로 이용하면서 생산할 수 있다.
