The present invention relates to an infiltrating side gutter structure comprising: an infiltrating boundary channel to allow rainwater of a street to flow thereinto to transport the rainwater to a downstream side and infiltrate the rainwater underground; a street tree watering box to transport rainwater transported from an upstream side to a downstream side and infiltrate the rainwater underground to supply the rainwater to a street tree; and a boundary channel collecting well to drain rainwater transported from an upstream side to a rainwater pipe. The infiltrating boundary channel, the street tree watering box, and the boundary channel collecting well are connected to each other to be installed on the borderline of a street and a sidewalk to infiltrate rainwater on the street underground and drain the rainwater to the rainwater pipe. The infiltrating side gutter structure is standardized and manufactured, and is simply assembled and constructed at a site. Since concrete does not need to be poured at the site, the infiltrating side gutter structure and a road side gutter boundary stone can be simply constructed. Since rainwater can be infiltrated underground by the infiltrating boundary channel and the street tree watering box, water can be efficiently supplied to the street tree to restore an ecological environment of soil. A filter installed on the infiltrating boundary channel is conveniently inserted and withdrawn to simplify and facilitate maintenance and management.
본 발명은 차도의 빗물을 유입하여 하류측으로 이송함과 동시에 지하로 침투시키는 침투경계수로; 상류측에서 이송되어온 빗물을 하류측으로 이송함과 동시에 지하로 침투시켜 가로수에 빗물을 공급하는 가로수관수박스; 및 상류측에서 이송되어온 빗물을 우수관으로 배수하는 경계수로집수정;을 포함하고, 상기 침투경계수로, 가로수관수박스 및 경계수로집수정은 서로 연결되어 차도와 보도의 경계선상에 설치됨으로써 차도상의 빗물을 지하로 침투시키고 동시에 우수관으로 배수시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 침투측구구조에 관한 것으로서, 규격화되어 제작된 침투측구구조를 현장에서 간단한 조립시공하는 것으로서, 현장에서 콘크리트를 타설할 필요가 없게되므로 침투측구구조와 도로 측구 경계석을 간단하게 시공할 수 있고, 침투경계수로와 가로수관수박스에 의하여 지하로 빗물을 침투시킬 수 있게되므로 가로수에 수분공급을 원활하게 하여 토양의 생태환경이 회복될 수 있으며, 침투경계수로에 설치되는 필터가 삽입 및 인출이 간편하게 구성됨으로써, 유지관리가 간단, 용이한 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
