The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing non-point pollutants having a reverse-washing function, comprising: a rainwater inflow detention tank; a precipitation tank; a filtering tank; a reverse-washing water tank; a rainwater discharge tank; and a purified water storage tank. The present invention applies a reverse0washing means which includes: a reverse-washing pump installed inside the reverse-washing tank to supply reverse-washing water from the reverse-washing water tank to a lower side of a filtering sand layer inside the filtering tank, to allow a reverse washing to be conducted by the reverse-washing water; and a reverse-washing air blower which supplies air for reverse-washing from an external side of the filtering tank to a lower side of the filtering sand layer inside the filtering tank, and to allow a reverse-washing to be conducted by the reverse-washing air. Accordingly, the present invention is able to perform a reverse-washing through the filtering tank and the precipitation tank by the reverse-washing water of the reverse-washing pump, to float the floating matter filtered by the filtering sand layer of the filtering tank by the reverse-washing air of the reverse-washing air blower on an upper side of the filtering sand layer at the same time, to discharge the floating matter along with filtering purified water and precipitation purified water through the precipitation tank towards the purified water storage tank, to perform a reverse-washing, to, when an initial rainwater occurs, operate a reverse-washing on the filtering tank, the precipitation tank, etc. after initial rainwater is completely filtered for the initial rainwater, to discharge the purified water towards the purified water storage tank, to settle the issued caused by purified water, and to maximize a reverse-washing efficiency at the same time.
본 발명은 역세척 기능을 갖는 비점오염원 저감장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 우수유입 저류조, 침전조, 여과조, 역세수조, 우수 방류조 및 정체수 저장조를 포함하되 역세수조 내부에 설치되어 역세수조로부터 여과조 내부의 여과사층 하측에 역세척수를 공급하여 역세척수에 의한 역세척이 수행되도록 하는 역세척펌프와, 여과조 외부로부터 여과조 내부의 여과사층 하측에 역세를 위한 공기를 공급하여 역세송풍공기에 의한 역세척이 수행되도록 하는 역세송풍기를 포함하는 역세척수단이 적용됨으로써 역세척펌프의 역세척수에 의한 여과조, 침전조를 거친 역세척이 이루어짐과 동시에 역세송풍기의 역세송풍공기에 의한 여과조의 여과사층에 여과된 부유물질을 여과사층 상부로 부유시켜 침전조를 거쳐 여과정체수 및 침전정체수와 함께 정체수 저장조 측으로 배출시키면서 역세척이 이루어지도록 할 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 초기 우수발생시 초기 우수에 대한 여과처리가 완료된 이후에 여과조와 침전조 등에 대한 역세 처리가 되도록 작동시켜 정체수를 정체수 저장조 측으로 배수시키면서 정체수로 인한 문제점을 해소함과 동시에 역세척 효율을 극대화할 수 있는 것이다.
