Rotatable Connection Jack of Steel Pipe Strut Using Friction Contact
The present invention relates to a connection jack used for waling-strut construction of an underground structure and, specifically, to a connection jack using a friction joint unit without pin connection for connection of a steel pipe connection unit and a waling connection unit of the connection jack. According to the present invention, the connection jack includes: a first connection plate and a second connection plate, connected to wailing or a steel pipe strut; and a support unit formed between the first connection plate and the second connection plate by being extended from the second connection plate in a method of enclosing a center plate, formed by being extended from the first connection plate, and the left and right of the center plate. A semicircular rotation support surface is formed at one end facing the support unit of the center plate. The support unit includes two symmetric side plates enclosing the left and right of the center plate. A curve unit is installed between the side plates and can accommodate the rotation support surface while being in contact with a rotation surface of the rotation support surface. A supporting unit supporting the curve unit is formed in the front and rear of the curve unit.
본 발명에 따른 연결잭은, 띠장이나 강관버팀보에 연결되는 제1연결판과 제2연결판; 상기 제1연결판과 상기 제2연결판의 사이에, 상기 제1연결판으로부터 연장되어 형성되는 중앙플레이트와 상기 중앙플레이트의 좌우를 감싸는 방식으로 상기 제2연결판으로부터 연장되어 형성되어 형성되는 지지구를 포함하고; 상기 중앙플레이트의 상기 지지구를 향하는 일단에는 대체적으로 반원형의 회전지지면이 형성되고; 상기 지지구는 상기 중앙플레이트의 좌우를 감싸는 2개의 대칭되게 형성되는 측면플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 측면플레이트의 사이에는 상기 회전지지면의 회전면과 접촉하면서 상기 회전지지면을 수용할 수 있는 곡면부가 설치되고 상기 곡면부의 앞뒤에는 상기 곡면부를 지지하는 지지부가 형성된다.
