The present invention provides a bathroom tile structure of an apartment, comprising: a concrete slab layer; a waterproof layer disposed on the concrete slab layer; a floor mortar layer disposed on the waterproof layer; a tile layer disposed on the floor mortar layer, wherein tiles are disposed in a lattice pattern; and a separation unit disposed on a plurality of locations of the floor mortar layer, and forcibly separating a partial area or a plurality of areas of the tile layer from the floor mortar layer by lifting a lifting shaft through oil pressure supplied from the outside.
본 발명은 공동주택 욕실 타일구조를 제공한다. 상기 공동주택 욕실 타일구조는, 콘크리트 슬래브 층과; 상기 콘크리트 슬래브 층의 상부에 배치되는 방수층과; 상기 방수층 상에 배치되는 바닥 몰탈층과; 상기 바닥 몰탈층 상에 배치되며, 타일들이 격자상으로 배치되는 타일층; 및, 상기 바닥 몰탈층의 다수 위치에 배치되며, 외부에서 공급되는 유압을 통해 승강축을 상승시켜 상기 타일층의 일부 영역 또는 다수 위치의 영역을 상기 바닥 몰탈층으로부터 강제 분리시키는 분리부;를 포함한다.
