ASSEMBLY TYPE LAWN GRASS PROTECTION MAT
The present invention relates to an assembly type lawn protection mat manufactured to have different elasticity and divided into an inner unit and an outer unit. The assembly type lawn protection mat includes: an inner mat formed by injection molding and installed at the center, wherein the inner mat has a lawn passing space on a grid array and has a frame by a grid array structure; and an outer mat formed by the injection molding and assembled in a structure enclosing the outer surface of the inner mat by being installed on the outer side of the inner mat, wherein the outer mat has the frame by the grid array structure and has the lawn passing space on the grid array. The inner mat and the outer mat has the corresponding number of assembly connection units corresponding to each other to be assembled and connected to the each other at corresponding positions. According to the present invention, the assembly type lawn protection mat is divided into the inner mat and the outer mat and can be connected in an assembly type. The assembly type lawn protection mat obtains durability and performs an impact absorption and buffer function. Also, the assembly type lawn protection mat includes an anti-slip function and enables rapid elastic restoration of a stepped part when an external force applied onto the lawn protection mat is released. Also, the assembly type lawn protection mat can solve a phenomenon in which the rest part except for the stepped part is lifted up by the external force.
본 발명은 내부와 외부로 구분되어 서로 다른 탄성을 갖도록 제조된 조립식 잔디보호매트에 관한 것으로서, 사출 성형으로 이루어지고, 중심부에 배치되는 것으로서, 격자배열구조에 의한 프레임틀을 갖되 격자배열 상에 잔디통과공간이 형성된 내부매트; 사출 성형으로 이루어지고, 상기 내부매트의 외측에 위치하여 내부매트의 외면을 감싸는 구조로 조립 결합되는 것으로서, 격자배열구조에 의한 프레임틀을 갖되 격자배열 상에 잔디통과공간이 형성된 외부매트;를 포함하며, 상기 내부매트와 외부매트는 상호간에 조립 결합하기 위해 서로 대응되는 조립결합부를 상호 대응위치 및 대응개수로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 내부매트와 외부매트로 구분 형성되어 조립식으로 결합 사용할 수 있는 조립식 잔디보호매트를 제공하며, 내구성을 확보하면서도 충격흡수 및 완충기능을 발휘할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 미끄럼방지기능을 구비할 수 있고, 잔디보호매트 상에 인가된 외력이 해제시 밟힘 부분의 빠른 탄성 회복을 가능하게 하면서 외력에 의해 밟히는 부분 이외의 나머지 부분이 위로 들리는 현상을 개선할 수 있다.
