본 발명은 컨테이너용 모듈러 유닛에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 컨테이너용 모듈러 유닛의 크기를 조절하여 시공할 수 있고 컨테이너용 모듈러 유닛의 조립을 용이하게 하여 조립성과 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있으며 외부하중에 의한 강도를 유지할 수 있는 컨테이너용 모듈러 유닛에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 사각형상의 상부강관 저면 내측에는 상부걸림편을 형성하고 상부강관 내측면 하측으로는 받침편을 형성하여 상부걸림편과 받침편이 수직으로 교차되도록 형성하여 상부강관을 사각형상으로 연결 형성한 상부프레임부와, 수평선상의 상부지지편과 하부지지편을 일정한 간격을 두고 한 쌍의 연결편으로 연결하는 하부형강의 상부지지편 상면에 상기 상부걸림편과 동일선상으로 돌출되도록 하부걸림편을 형성하여 상기 하부형강을 사각형상으로 연결형성한 하부프레임부와, 상기 하부프레임부의 상부지지편의 하부걸림편 내측으로 플로어를 적층시킨 바닥부와, 상기 하부프레임부의 하부걸림편과 상부프레임부의 상부걸림편이 연결되도록 내장재를 형성하고 내장재 외측으로 절곡패널를 형성한 벽부와, 상기 상부프레임부의 받침편의 상측으로는 각관을 상부강관과 동일한 높이로 형성하고 각관의 상측으로는 외장재와 내측으로는 내장재을 형성한 천정부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a modular unit for a container and, more specifically, to a modular unit for a container, capable of being constructed through size adjustment of the modular unit for a container, and facilitating assembly of the modular unit for a container, so as to improve assemblability and constructability, and maintain strength by an external load. According to the present invention, the modular unit for a container comprises: an upper frame unit having an upper locking piece formed inside the bottom surface of a rectangular upper steel pipe and having a support piece formed on the lower side of the inner surface of the upper steel pipe to vertically cross the upper locking piece and the support piece with each other so as to connect and form the upper steel pipe in a rectangular shape; a lower frame unit having a lower locking piece protruding to the same line as that of the upper locking piece on the upper surface of an upper support piece of a lower shaped steel, which connects the upper and lower support piece on the same line with a pair of connection pieces at a predetermined interval so as to connect and form the lower shaped steel in a rectangular shape; a bottom unit having a floor stacked inside the lower locking piece of the upper support piece of the lower frame unit; a wall unit having an interior material formed to connect the lower locking piece of the lower frame unit to the upper locking piece of the upper frame unit, and having a bent panel formed outside the interior material; and a ceiling unit having a square pipe formed on the upper side of the support piece of the upper frame unit at the same height as that of the upper steel pipe, having an exterior material formed on the upper side of the square steel pipe, and having an interior material formed therein.

본 발명은 컨테이너용 모듈러 유닛에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 컨테이너용 모듈러 유닛의 크기를 조절하여 시공할 수 있고 컨테이너용 모듈러 유닛의 조립을 용이하게 하여 조립성과 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있으며 외부하중에 의한 강도를 유지할 수 있는 컨테이너용 모듈러 유닛에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 사각형상의 상부강관 저면 내측에는 상부걸림편을 형성하고 상부강관 내측면 하측으로는 받침편을 형성하여 상부걸림편과 받침편이 수직으로 교차되도록 형성하여 상부강관을 사각형상으로 연결 형성한 상부프레임부와, 수평선상의 상부지지편과 하부지지편을 일정한 간격을 두고 한 쌍의 연결편으로 연결하는 하부형강의 상부지지편 상면에 상기 상부걸림편과 동일선상으로 돌출되도록 하부걸림편을 형성하여 상기 하부형강을 사각형상으로 연결형성한 하부프레임부와, 상기 하부프레임부의 상부지지편의 하부걸림편 내측으로 플로어를 적층시킨 바닥부와, 상기 하부프레임부의 하부걸림편과 상부프레임부의 상부걸림편이 연결되도록 내장재를 형성하고 내장재 외측으로 절곡패널를 형성한 벽부와, 상기 상부프레임부의 받침편의 상측으로는 각관을 상부강관과 동일한 높이로 형성하고 각관의 상측으로는 외장재와 내측으로는 내장재을 형성한 천정부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
