Anti-sagging device for architectural doors
The present invention relates to an anti-sagging apparatus for an architectural door, comprising: the door installed on a door frame to be rotatable by a hinge and to have an opening groove on an upper end; a body block installed and fixated on the opening groove to include: a plurality of installation grooves formed on an upper side to be opened upwards, a connection groove placed in between the installation grooves to be opened upwards, hinge holes formed on both side walls of the installation grooves, and stopping holes placed on both side walls of the connection grooves to communicate with the installation grooves; magnetic supporters connected to each of the installation grooves to be rotatable by a hinge through a hinge pin to include: a protruding pin placed on an external surface, a fixing groove formed on an external surface of the protruding pin to selectively communicate with the stopping holes, a fastening bolt formed on an end unit of the protruding pin, and a magnetic pin made from materials having magnetism and fastened with the fastening bolt; an elastic spring whose one end is fixated on the magnetic supporters and whose the other end is fixated on the installation grooves to provide elastic force to keep the protruding pin of the magnetic supporters standing up; and a guide unit installed on a ceiling on one side adjacent to the door frame to include: a plurality of guide groves formed on a lower side of a fixing plate in a plate body shape to guide the movement of the magnetic pins, and a metallic piece built inside the fixing plate to generate magnetism to mutually pull the magnetic pin. Accordingly, the anti-sagging apparatus for the architectural door is able to use magnetism to prevent the door from sagging and to serve as a stopper for the door.
건축용 도어의 처짐방지장치가 제공된다. 제공된 건축용 도어의 처짐방지장치는 문틀에 경첩을 통해 힌지회전 가능하게 설치되며, 상단에 개구홈이 마련된 도어; 상기 개구홈에 설치, 고정되며, 상부에 상방으로 개구된 다수의 설치홈이 형성되고, 상기 설치홈과 설치홈 사이에 상방으로 개구된 연결홈이 마련되며, 상기 설치홈의 양측벽에 힌지홀이 형성되고, 상기 연결홈의 양측벽에 상기 설치홈과 연통된 멈춤홀이 마련된 몸체블록; 상기 각 설치홈에 힌지핀을 통해 힌지회전 가능하게 연결되며, 외면에 돌출핀이 마련되고, 상기 돌출핀의 외면에는 상기 멈춤홀과 선택적으로 연통을 이루는 고정홈이 형성되며, 상기 돌출핀의 단부에는 체결볼트가 돌출형성되고, 상기 체결볼트에 자력을 갖는 소재로 이루어진 자력핀이 체결된 자력지지구; 상기 자력지지구의 돌출핀이 직립상태를 유지하기 위한 탄성력을 제공할 수 있도록 일단이 상기 자력지지구에 고정되고, 타단이 상기 설치홈에 고정된 탄성스프링 및 상기 문틀의 인접한 일측 천장에 설치되며, 판상체 형상의 고정판 하부에 상기 자력핀들의 이동을 안내하는 다수의 가이드홈이 형성되고, 상기 고정판의 내측에 상기 자력핀과 서로 끌어당기는 자력이 발생하는 금속편이 내장된 가이드유닛을 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 자력을 이용하여 도어의 처짐방지 및 도어의 스토퍼 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 한다.
