The present invention provides a maintenance device for pavement of a road or a civil engineering facility. The maintenance device for pavement of a road or a civil engineering facility can be completely fixed and attached onto the surface of as asphalt road when repairing the road by using a safety repair system for the asphalt road. The safety repair system for the asphalt road rapidly preheats a repair part of asphalt by overheating steam of high temperature and maintains minimum oxygen content when preheating the repair part of the asphalt. So, the safety repair system for the asphalt road can prevent an asphalt ingredient from being oxidized and carbonized. Also, the safety repair system for the asphalt road can rapidly, strongly, and safely repair and restore the asphalt road. According to the present invention, the maintenance device for pavement of a road or a civil engineering facility includes: a steam generating unit generating the steam; a steam transfer unit transferring the steam generated by the steam generating unit through a transfer pipe, wherein the steam transfer unit includes the transfer pipe to be connected to the steam generating unit; a steam preheating unit installed to be connected to the transfer pipe of the steam transfer unit and preheating a damaged part of the asphalt road while preventing oxidization and carbonization on the damaged part of the asphalt road by the steam transferred through the transfer pipe; and a vacuum adsorbing unit adsorbing and fixing the steam preheating unit to the asphalt road.
본 발명의 목적은 아스팔트의 보수부위를 고온의 과열증기로 신속하게 예열하도록 하되 예열시 산소 함유량이 최소 상태를 유지하여 아스팔트 성분이 산화 및 탄화되는 것을 방지하면서 신속하고 견고하며 안전하게 아스팔트 도로를 보수하여 복원할 수 있도록 하는 아스팔트 도로의 안전보수 시스템을 이용한 도로 보수시 아스팔트 도로의 표면에 완전 밀착 고정될 수 있도록 한 도로 포장 또는 토목 시설물 유지 보수 장치를 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은, 스팀을 발생시키는 스팀발생유닛; 상기 스팀발생유닛에 연결되도록 이송관이 설치되어 상기 이송관을 통해 스팀발생유닛에서 발생된 스팀을 이송시키는 스팀이송유닛; 상기 스팀이송유닛의 이송관에 연결되게 설치되어 상기 이송관을 통해 이송되는 스팀으로 아스팔트 도로의 파손 부위에 산화 및 탄화를 방지하면서 예열할 수 있는 스팀예열유닛; 및 상기 스팀예열유닛을 아스팔트 도로에 흡착 고정시킬 수 있도록 구비되는 진공흡착유닛;을 포함한다.
