Sewing apparatus for geotextiles and sewing method using thereof
According to the present invention, a geotextile sewing apparatus comprises: a box-shaped main body with an opened upper portion; a sewing unit disposed in the main body and sewing paved geotextiles to be connected to each other; an adhesive injection unit disposed on one side of the sewing unit and injecting an adhesive to a sewing portion of the geotextiles sewed by the sewing unit; and a hardening unit disposed on the other side of the sewing unit and supporting the sewing portion into which the adhesive is injected in separation from a ground surface for a predetermined period of time.
본 발명에 따른 토목섬유 봉합장치는 상부가 개방된 박스형 본체, 상기 본체에 구비되어 포설된 토목섬유를 상호 연결 가능하게 봉합하는 봉합부, 상기 봉합부의 일측에 구비되어 상기 봉합부에 의해 봉합된 상기 토목섬유의 봉합부위에 접착제를 분사하는 접착제 분사부 및 봉합부의 타측에 구비되어 접착제가 분사된 봉합부위를 소정 시간 지반면으로부터 이격시켜 지지하도록 구성된 경화부를 포함한다.

본 발명에 따른 토목섬유 봉합장치는 상부가 개방된 박스형 본체, 상기 본체에 구비되어 포설된 토목섬유를 상호 연결 가능하게 봉합하는 봉합부, 상기 봉합부의 일측에 구비되어 상기 봉합부에 의해 봉합된 상기 토목섬유의 봉합부위에 접착제를 분사하는 접착제 분사부 및 봉합부의 타측에 구비되어 접착제가 분사된 봉합부위를 소정 시간 지반면으로부터 이격시켜 지지하도록 구성된 경화부를 포함한다.
