Flame retardant adhesive composition and method for reinforcing concrete structure using the composition and reinforcing panel with shear keys
The present invention relates to a flame retardant adhesive composition and a method of reinforcing a concrete structure using the composition and a reinforcing panel having shear keys formed therein. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology of reinforcing a concrete structure which is excellent in adhesion strength, flame retardancy and air permeability and lowers gas harmfulness by adding a functional additive to the flame retardant adhesive composition and using the composition. The flame retardant adhesive composition of the present invention comprises: (A) 80 to 120 parts by weight of an epoxy resin; (B) 5 to 20 parts by weight of one or more flame retardant plasticizers selected from phosphorous-based, phosphoric acid ester-based and paraffin-based flame retardant plasticizers; (C) 1 to 10 parts by weight of one or more fillers selected from a heavy non-metallic compound-based filler, a metal hydroxide compound-based filler, and silica; (D) 1 to 5 parts by weight of a hardening accelerator; (E) 1 to 5 parts by weight of a hardener; and (F) 1 to 5 parts by weight of the functional additive containing 12 to 30 wt% of chlorinated paraffin, 20 to 35 wt% of antimony trioxide, 5 to 16 wt% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 5 to 20 wt% of cetylpyridinium chloride, and 3 to 18 wt% of methylchloroisothiazolinone. Particularly, the flame retardant adhesive composition according to the present invention and the method of reinforcing the concrete structure using the composition and the reinforcing panel having shear keys formed therein have effects that the composition and the method can prevent diffusion of the fire even in case of fire, suppress the generation of toxic gas, and can prevent a rapid drop in a reinforcing effect due to a decrease in adhesion. Further, the composition and the method can increase safety of the concrete structure, has an effect of reducing that the reinforcing panel is interfacially separated from the surface of the concrete structure during loading a load, can remarkably increase flexural rigidity of the concrete structure, and can remarkably reduce width of sagging or crack of the structure by sufficiently securing an integrated behavior of the concrete structure and the reinforcing panel. Further, the composition and the method have an effect that reinforcing performance of the concrete structure can be maintained by enabling the integrated behavior of the concrete structure and the reinforcing panel to be sufficiently to be done although performance of adhesive is deteriorated with the passage of time.
본 발명은 난연성 접착제 조성물과 상기 조성물 및 전단키가 형성된 보강 패널을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보강 공법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 난연성 접착제 조성물에 기능성 첨가제를 첨가하고, 이를 이용하여 부착강도, 난연성 및 통기성이 우수하고 가스 유해성이 저하된 콘크리트 구조물 보강기술에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명에 따른 난연성 접착제 조성물과 상기 조성물 및 전단키가 형성된 보강 패널을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보강 공법은 화재 발생 시에도 화재의 확산을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 유독성 가스의 발생을 억제하고 부착력 저하로 인한 보강효과의 급격한 저하를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 콘크리트 구조물과 보강패널의 일체거동이 충분히 확보되어 콘크리트 구조물의 안전성을 증가시킬 수 있고, 하중 재하 시에 콘크리트 구조물의 표면에서 보강패널이 계면 탈락되는 것을 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라 콘크리트 구조물의 휨강성을 현저히 증가시킬 수 있고 구조물의 처짐 및 균열의 폭을 현저히 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 시간이 경과함에 따른 접착제의 성능저하가 발생하여도 콘크리트 구조물과 보강패널의 일체거동을 충분히 할 수 있어 콘크리트 구조물의 보강성능이 유지될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Flame retardant adhesive composition and method for reinforcing concrete structure using the composition and reinforcing panel with shear keys
The present invention relates to a flame retardant adhesive composition and a method of reinforcing a concrete structure using the composition and a reinforcing panel having shear keys formed therein. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology of reinforcing a concrete structure which is excellent in adhesion strength, flame retardancy and air permeability and lowers gas harmfulness by adding a functional additive to the flame retardant adhesive composition and using the composition.
