Method of manufacturing lightweight foamed cement foam
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lightweight foamed cement foam body. More particularly, a foam structure of uniform size is formed at room temperature by using general cement, and the foam body is light in weight, excellent in sound insulation, heat insulation, and moisture proof effects, toxic gas is not emitted at high temperature, the bonding force between the foam structures is excellent, a concrete surface is protected and alkali coating film is maintained to suppress the peeling phenomenon of the coating film, and human and environmental hazards are eliminated.
본 발명은 경량기포시멘트 발포체 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 일반시멘트를 이용하여 상온에서 균일한 크기의 발포조직을 형성하며 경량이면서 방음과 단열 및 방습효과가 우수하고 고온에서 유독가스를 방출하지 않으며 발포조직 사이의 결합력이 우수하며, 콘크리트 표면을 보호하고 알칼리성 도막을 유지하여 도막의 박리 현상을 억제하면서 인체와 환경 유해성을 해소시킨 경량기포시멘트 발포체 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
