A Floating Type Manhole Cover Construction Method
The present invention relates to a floating type manhole cover construction method, wherein through the floating type manhole cover construction method, after a joint ring is inserted into and installed in a support frame of a manhole opening, a cover support and a manhole cover are assembled in stages for a normal manhole cover coupling method to be conveniently changed into a floating type coupling method in a short time in a site without replacing the support frame. More specifically, a size of the joint ring is adjusted, and a locking position of a moving type locker to correspond to a locking block of which a position is changed by adjusting a size of the joint ring is adjusted to be widely constructed in a manhole opening support frame having various sizes. The method comprises: a floating type manhole cover set preparation step (S1); a joint ring installation step (S2); a cover support assembly step (S3); and a manhole cover assembly step (S4).
본 발명은 부양식 맨홀 뚜껑 시공 공법에 관련되며, 이때 부양식 맨홀 뚜껑 시공 공법은 맨홀 개구부 받침틀에 조인트링을 삽입 설치한 후, 뚜껑 지지대 및 맨홀뚜껑을 단계적으로 조립하는 방식으로 받침틀을 교체하지 않고도 현장에서 짧은 시간에 일반 맨홀뚜껑 결합방식이 부양식 결합방식으로 간단하게 구조변경되고, 특히 조인트링 사이즈 조절 및 조인트링 사이즈 조절에 의해 위치변경되는 록킹블록과 일치되도록 유동형 록커의 록킹위치가 조절되어 다양한 규격의 맨홀 개구부 받침틀에 범용으로 시공되도록 하기 위해 부양식 맨홀 뚜껑 세트를 준비하는 단계(S1), 조인트링 설치단계(S2), 뚜껑 지지대 조립단계(S3), 맨홀뚜껑 조립단계(S4)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다.
