Floor construction method using epoxy-based fibrous resin
The present invention relates to a floor construction method using an epoxy-based fibrous resin, wherein an epoxy-based fibrous resin, in which a ceramic-based fiber is mixed with an epoxy resin, is used as a binding agent and a fixative in constructing a floor base layer, thereby improving durability, achieving water permeability, and obtaining non-slip performance. To this end, the floor construction method using an epoxy-based fibrous resin according to the present invention comprises: a step of arranging a construction site; a step of dividing the construction site by installing a construction frame along an edge of the construction site; a step of arranging a construction material; a step of applying at a predetermined thickness a fixative on the bottom surface of the construction site in the construction frame; a step of applying the construction material at a predetermined thickness on the bottom surface of the construction site on which the fixative is applied; and a step of constructing a floor base layer by curing while protecting the construction material applied on the bottom surface of the construction site against exposure to external moisture.
본 발명은 에폭시 수지에 세라믹계 섬유가 혼합된 에폭시계 섬유화 수지를 결속제와 고착제로 사용하여 바닥포장층을 시공하여 내구성이 강화되고 투수성을 발휘하며 논슬립성을 보유할 수 있는 에폭시계 섬유화 수지를 이용한 바닥 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 시공부지를 정리하는 단계와, 상기 시공부지의 가장자리를 따라 시공틀을 설치하여 상기 시공부지를 구획하는 단계와, 시공재료를 마련하는 단계; 상기 시공틀 내에서 상기 시공부지의 바닥면에 고착제를 일정두께로 도포하는 단계와, 상기 고착제가 도포된 상기 시공부지의 바닥면에 상기 시공재료를 일정두께로 도포하는 단계와, 상기 시공부지의 바닥면에 도포된 상기 시공재료를 외부의 수분에 노출되지 않도록 보호하면서 양생시켜 바닥포장층을 시공하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 에폭시계 섬유화 수지를 이용한 바닥 시공 방법을 기술적 요지로 한다.
