An objective of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose sluice which uses a cylinder and a link to rotate a sluice member to open and close the sluice member to have sturdy durability, and discharges bottom water through the sluice to improve water quality. The multipurpose sluice comprises: a sluice member wherein a lower portion thereof is rotatably installed on a drain of a bank to rotate an upper portion thereof to open and close the drain of the bank; a cylinder wherein one end thereof is rotatably installed to provide a drive force to open and close the sluice member; and an operating means installed to connect the sluice member and a cylinder rod to open and close the sluice member by the cylinder to spread or narrow an outer side thereof by forward and backward movements of the cylinder rod and open and close the sluice member.
본 발명의 목적은 실린더와 링크를 이용하여 수문부재를 선회시켜 개폐시킴에 의해 견고한 내구성을 갖게 하고, 수문 내부를 통해 저층수를 배출할 수 있게 하여 수질을 개선할 수 있는 다목적 수문을 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은, 제방의 배수로에 하부가 회전 가능하게 설치됨으로서 그 상부가 선회하여 상기 제방의 배수로를 개폐하는 수문부재; 상기 수문부재를 개폐하기 위한 구동력을 제공할 수 있도록 어느 일단이 회전되게 설치되는 실린더; 및 상기 실린더에 의해 수문부재를 개폐할 수 있도록 상기 수문부재와 실린더 로드를 연결하도록 설치되어 상기 실린더 로드의 전후진으로 외측이 벌어지거나 좁혀지면서 수문부재를 개폐할 수 있게 한 작동수단;을 포함한다.
