4 Manufacturing method of artificial turf mat with excellent structure of four-structure structure with excellent pulling power and direct hydraulic power after immersion
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a four-layer artificial grass mat with excellent pulling power and direct drainage power after immersion, and an artificial grass mat manufactured thereby. The method of manufacturing a four-layer artificial grass mat with excellent pulling power and direct drainage power after immersion comprises: (a) a step of obtaining four pile yarns in a spinning machine; (b) a step of removing warps and weaving lining bubble paper; (c) a step of tufting and weaving the four pile yarns onto the bubble paper where the lining and the inner fabric overlap; and (d) after the step (c), a step of heat-sealing outer bubble paper on the back of the tufted woven bubble paper. Therefore, the four-layer artificial grass mat manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention is composed of first and third pile of straight hair form and second and fourth pile of crimp form. The lengths of the first pile and third pile are different, and the lengths and crimps of the second pile and fourth pile are different, thereby supporting the first pile vertically. The present invention improves vertical strength and reinforcement, and improves direct drainage power by forming drainage sections between tufting sections when weaving the lining bubble paper.
본 발명은 침수 후 인발력과 직배수력을 향상시키기 위한 4중 구조의 인조잔디매트 제조방법에 있어서, (a) 방사기에서 4종의 파일원사를 수득하는 단계와, (b) 안감 기포지의 경사(經絲)를 빼고 직조하는 단계와, (c) 상기 안감과 속감이 겹쳐진 기포지에 상기 4종의 파일원사를 터프팅 제직하는 단계와, (d) 상기 (c) 단계 후, 터프팅 제직된 기포지 뒷면에 겉감 기포지를 열융착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침수 후 인발력 및 직배수력이 뛰어난 4중 구조의 인조잔디매트 제조방법 및 그 방법으로 제조되는 인조잔디매트에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 제조되는 4중 구조의 인조잔디매트는, 직모 형태의 제1, 제3파일과 크림프 형태의 제2, 제4 파일로 구성되어 상기 제1파일과 제3 파일의 길이를 각각 달리하고, 상기 제2 파일과 제4 파일의 길이 및 크림프 정도를 각각 달리하여, 상기 제1 파일을 수직으로 지탱해주는 역할을 하게함으로서, 수직강도를 향상 및 복원력을 제고하고, 안감 기포지 직조 시 터프팅 구간들 사이에 배수구간을 형성하여 직배수력을 향상시킨 4중 구조의 인조잔디매트를 제공한다.
