A Turning Device for Heavy Equipments
The present invention relates to a rotating device for heavy equipment. The rotating device capable of being mounted on an arm of an excavator comprises: an upper main body coupled to a middle portion or an end portion of the arm; a lower main body disposed below the upper main body and relatively rotatable about a first central shaft from the upper main body; a driving device for generating a driving force for relatively rotating the lower main body from the upper main body; and a power converting device for converting the driving force of the driving device into a relative rotational force between the upper main body and the lower main body. The power converting device comprises: a sun gear rotatably provided; a plurality of satellite gears gear-engaged with the sun gear and rotatably provided; a plurality of worm gears gear-engaged with the satellite gears, respectively to be interlocked; and a main gear rotatable about the first central axis by the plurality of worm gears. According to the present invention, it is sufficient to use only one driving device by including a structure in which the plurality of worm gears are interlocked and cooperate to rotate or restrain the main gear. The worm gear and the main gear are excellent in load-bearing ability so that the possibility of damaging or destroying the worm gear and the main gear is extremely low even when a strong external force or torque is applied to an attachment while being used.
본 발명은 중장비용 회전 장치에 관한 것으로서, 굴삭기의 암에 장착될 수 있는 회전 장치로서, 상기 암의 중간부 또는 말단부에 결합되는 상부 본체; 상기 상부 본체의 하방에 배치되며, 상기 상부 본체에 대하여 제1 중심축을 중심으로 상대 회전 가능하도록 마련되어 있는 하부 본체; 상기 하부 본체를 상기 상부 본체에 대하여 상대 회전시키기 위한 구동력을 발생시키는 구동 장치; 상기 구동 장치의 구동력을 상기 상부 본체와 상기 하부 본체 사이의 상대 회전력으로 변환하는 동력 변환 장치;를 포함하며, 상기 동력 변환 장치는, 회전 가능하게 마련되어 있는 태양 기어; 상기 태양 기어와 기어 결합되며, 회전 가능하게 마련되어 있는 복수 개의 위성 기어; 상기 위성 기어와 각각 기어 결합됨으로써, 서로 연동되어 있는 복수 개의 웜 기어; 상기 복수 개의 웜 기어에 의하여 상기 제1 중심축을 중심으로 회전가능한 주 기어;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 서로 연동된 복수 개의 웜 기어가 서로 협력하여 상기 주 기어를 회전시키거나 구속하는 구조를 포함하는 바, 구동 장치를 1개만 사용하면 충분하며, 상기 웜 기어 및 주 기어의 하중 감당능력이 우수하여, 사용 중에 어태치먼트에 강한 외력 또는 비틀림이 가해지더라도 상기 웜 기어 및 주 기어가 손상 내지 파괴될 가능성이 매우 낮다는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a rotating device for heavy equipment. The rotating device capable of being mounted on an arm of an excavator comprises: an upper main body coupled to a middle portion or an end portion of the arm; a lower main body disposed below the upper main body and relatively rotatable about a first central shaft from the upper main body; a driving device for generating a driving force for relatively rotating the lower main body from the upper main body; and a power converting device for converting the driving force of the driving device into a relative rotational force between the upper main body and the lower main body. The power converting device comprises: a sun gear rotatably provided; a plurality of satellite gears gear-engaged with the sun gear and rotatably provided; a plurality of worm gears gear-engaged with the satellite gears, respectively to be interlocked; and a main gear rotatable about the first central axis by the plurality of worm gears. According to the present invention, it is sufficient to use only one driving device by including a structure in which the plurality of worm gears are interlocked and cooperate to rotate or restrain the main gear. The worm gear and the main gear are excellent in load-bearing ability so that the possibility of damaging or destroying the worm gear and the main gear is extremely low even when a strong external force or torque is applied to an attachment while being used.
본 발명은 중장비용 회전 장치에 관한 것으로서, 굴삭기의 암에 장착될 수 있는 회전 장치로서, 상기 암의 중간부 또는 말단부에 결합되는 상부 본체; 상기 상부 본체의 하방에 배치되며, 상기 상부 본체에 대하여 제1 중심축을 중심으로 상대 회전 가능하도록 마련되어 있는 하부 본체; 상기 하부 본체를 상기 상부 본체에 대하여 상대 회전시키기 위한 구동력을 발생시키는 구동 장치; 상기 구동 장치의 구동력을 상기 상부 본체와 상기 하부 본체 사이의 상대 회전력으로 변환하는 동력 변환 장치;를 포함하며, 상기 동력 변환 장치는, 회전 가능하게 마련되어 있는 태양 기어; 상기 태양 기어와 기어 결합되며, 회전 가능하게 마련되어 있는 복수 개의 위성 기어; 상기 위성 기어와 각각 기어 결합됨으로써, 서로 연동되어 있는 복수 개의 웜 기어; 상기 복수 개의 웜 기어에 의하여 상기 제1 중심축을 중심으로 회전가능한 주 기어;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 서로 연동된 복수 개의 웜 기어가 서로 협력하여 상기 주 기어를 회전시키거나 구속하는 구조를 포함하는 바, 구동 장치를 1개만 사용하면 충분하며, 상기 웜 기어 및 주 기어의 하중 감당능력이 우수하여, 사용 중에 어태치먼트에 강한 외력 또는 비틀림이 가해지더라도 상기 웜 기어 및 주 기어가 손상 내지 파괴될 가능성이 매우 낮다는 효과가 있다.
