Smart Tunnel for Quarantine and Disinfection
The present invention provides a smart tunnel having a function of normal quarantine and disinfection, allowing one tunnel passerby to pass, and comprising: a quarantine section having multiple tunnel modules each of which is composed of a tunnel structure provided with an intelligent normal infectee sensing system, an integrated multi-platform support infectee control system, and an infection source collection system; and a disinfection section having a tunnel module composed of a tunnel structure communicating with the multiple tunnel modules in the quarantine section. The present invention can perform the quarantine function of acquiring an image of the tunnel passerby while the tunnel passerby passes through the tunnel structures of the quarantine section, checking an abnormal state, abnormal behavior, etc., of the tunnel passerby to determine whether an infection is suspected and to determine when the infectious disease is induced, and checking identity information of an infection suspect to warn and notify authorities of the appearance of the infection suspect and infection suspect related information by means of a smartphone, tablet, PC, etc.
본 발명은 터널 통행자 1인이 통과하게 되며 지능형 감염자 상시 감지 시스템, 다중 플랫폼 지원 감염자 통합 관제 시스템, 감염원 포집 시스템이 구비된 터널구조체로 이루어진 터널모듈이 복수개로 설치되어 있는 <검역구간>과, 상기 복수개의 검역구간 터널모듈과 연통된 터널구조체로 이루어진 터널모듈이 설치된 <방역구간>을 가지고 있어서, 터널 통행자가 <검역구간>의 터널구조체를 통과하는 동안에 터널 통행자의 영상(影像)을 취득하여 터널 통행자의 이상 상태(발열 등), 이상 행동(기침, 쓰러짐, 비정상적 보행 등) 등을 파악하여 감염 의심 여부를 판별하고, 터널을 통과하는 감염자의 호흡, 기침 등으로부터 배출되는 감염원(感染原)을 포집하여 검사함으로써 터널이 설치된 임의 시설 및 지역 등으로의 감염병 유입 여부를 판정하고, 감염 의심자(필요한 경우에는 감염 의심자와 직,간접적 접촉 등을 가진 자 또는 군집 인원(감염 의심 후보군) 포함)의 신원 정보를 파악하여 관리자에게 감염 의심자 출현 사실과 감염 의심자 관련 정보(이상 상태 및 행동 정보, 얼굴 및 신원 정보)를 스마트폰, 테블릿, PC 등으로 실시간 경고 및 통지하는 검역(檢疫) 기능을 수행할 수 있고, 감염병의 확산방지를 위하여 터널 통행자가 통행하는 터널구조체 내 부재, 시설 등에 항균 및 항바이러스 성능의 마감재를 적용하고 항균 및 항바이러스 성능의 공조 시스템을 설치하여 방역(防役) 기능을 상시(常時) 수행할 수 있는 "감염병 확산방지를 위한 상시 검역 및 방역 기능의 스마트 터널"에 관한 것이다.
