    The present invention relates to a concrete mixture for preventing spalling and a concrete structure thereof. The concrete mixture for preventing spalling of the present invention comprises cement, a fine aggregate, a coarse aggregate, and water wherein the water includes an infiltrate fire extinguishing agent. With respect to 100 wt% of the sum of the water and the infiltrate fire extinguishing agent, 2 to 5 wt% of the infiltrate fire extinguishing agent is included.
