PRECAST LIGHT WEIGHT CONCRETE AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to precast lightweight concrete and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the precast lightweight concrete comprises: 150 to 200 kg/m^2 of unit water; 350 to 450 kg/m^2 of a unit binder; 650 to 750 kg/m^2 of unit coarse aggregate; and 500 to 610 kg/m^2 of unit fine aggregate. The binder is premix cement in which high early strength cement and blast furnace slag fine powder are uniformly mixed. The coarse aggregate is artificial lightweight aggregate including bottom ash, wherein the coarse aggregate is formed by mixing the artificial lightweight aggregate with a particle size of 10 mm or more and 20 mm or less and the artificial lightweight aggregate with a particle size of 5 mm or more and less than 10 mm by the ratio of 7:3 to 9:1. Accordingly, the artificial lightweight aggregate is applied to precast concrete such that excellent durability and strength are provided in comparison with existing precast concrete and the specific gravity is decreased through lightweight, thereby providing an effect of reducing a deadweight of a structure.
본 발명은 물, 결합재, 굵은골재 및 잔골재가 단위수량 150~200㎏/㎥, 단위결합재량 350~450㎏/㎥, 단위굵은골재량 650~750㎏/㎥ 및 단위잔골재량 500~610㎏/㎥으로 혼입되고, 상기 결합재는 조강시멘트 및 고로슬래그미분말이 균일하게 섞인 프리믹스시멘트이고, 상기 굵은골재는 바텀애쉬를 포함하는 인공경량골재로, 입도가 10mm이상~20mm이하인 인공경량골재와 입도가 5mm이상~10mm미만인 인공경량골재가 7: 3 내지 9: 1의 비율로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 경량콘크리트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 인공경량골재를 프리캐스트용 콘크리트에 적용하여기존 프리캐스트 콘크리트 대비 내구성 및 강도가 우수하면서도, 경량화를 통해 비중을 감소시키고, 이에 따라 구조물의 사하중을 저감시킬 수 있는 프리캐스트 경량콘크리트 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to precast lightweight concrete and a manufacturing method thereof.
