The present invention is, in concrete containing: cement; water; fine aggregate; coarse aggregate; pigments; and water reducing agent, precast concrete, which is aggregate exposed color precast concrete, characterized in that irregularities are formed on a concrete surface by using a surface retard sheet to a depth of 0.5 to 2.5 mm. According to the present invention, by using an aggregate exposure degree, it is possible to express an optimized texture, improve dispersibility of pigments to express a uniform color, and have excellent strength, thereby being suitable for use as a precast concrete exterior material.
본 발명은 시멘트; 물; 잔골재; 굵은 골재; 안료; 및 감수제를 포함하는 콘크리트에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트는 프리캐스트 콘크리트로, 표면지연시트를 이용하여 콘크리트 표면에 0.5~2.5mm 깊이로 요철이 형성되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 골재노출 컬러 프리캐스트 콘크리트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 골재노출정도를 이용하여, 최적화된 질감표현이 가능하고, 안료의 분산성이 향상되어 균일한 색상을 발현시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 강도가 우수하여 프리캐스트 콘크리트 외장재로 사용하기 적합한 골재노출 프리캐스트 콘크리트 제조방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
