The present invention relates to a smart clean road system for removing dust and snow. The smart clean road system for removing dust and snow comprises: a chemical tank storing a snow removal agent; a water tank storing water; a main pipe forming a flow path; multiple pumps opened and closed while controlling the amount of the water and the snow removal agent; a control unit controlling the amount of the water and the snow removal agent; a spray device spraying the water and the snow removal agent; a remote control unit performing remote control; a pump station enclosing the outside; a mixing device mixing the snow removal agent; a water gauge checking a water level of the chemical tank; and a filter unit collecting the foreign substances. The chemical tank and the water tank are alternately opened and closed. The smart clean road system for removing dust and snow can form a clean road by installing the chemical tank and the water tank to be alternately opened and closed to remove the dust or spray the snow removal agent for removing the snow in accordance with site situation on a road. The smart clean road system for removing dust and snow can save a spay liquid by spraying to only a requiring part as a spray nozzle is individually and automatically opened and closed. The smart clean road system for removing dust and snow can easily couple the multiple spray nozzles by one-touch without a tool in a site and can clean the dust or remove the snow in a wide area as a spray radius in which the water and the snow removal agent are sprayed is expanded. The smart clean road system for removing dust and snow can discharge the foreign substances or a residue remaining in the pump, the main pipe, or the spray device and can prevent degradation of spray pressure discharged or blockage of the spray nozzle, in advance. The smart clean road system for removing dust and snow can completely solve local freezing.
본 발명은 제설 및 먼지 제거용 스마트 클린로드시스템으로서, 제설제가 저장되는 약품탱크와, 물이 저장되는 물탱크와, 유로를 형성하는 메인배관과, 제설제와 물의 량을 제어하면서 개폐되는 다수개의 펌프와, 제설제와 물의 량을 조절하는 제어부와; 제설제와 물을 분사하는 분사장치와, 원격으로 조절하는 원격제어부과, 외부를 감싸는 펌프스테이션과, 제설제를 혼합시키는 교반장치와, 약품탱크의 수위를 확인토록 수위계와, 이물질을 포집하는 필터부로 구성되고, 상기 약품탱크와 물탱크를 상호 교차로 개폐되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하여, 도로변에 현장 상황에 맞게 제설를 위한 제설제를 분사하거나 먼지를 제거하기 위하여 약품탱크와 물탱크가 교차로 개폐되도록 설치하여 클린로드를 실현할 수 있고, 개개별로 자동으로 분사노즐이 개폐되어 필요한 곳만 분사하여 분사액을 절감할 수 있고, 현장에서 도구없이 원터치로 다수개의 분사노즐을 용이하게 체결할 수 있으며, 제설제와 물이 분사되는 분사반경이 확대되어 넓은 영역을 제설하거나 먼지를 청소할 수 있고, 펌프나 메인배관과 분사장치에 남아있는 이물질이나 잔량을 배출시켜 분사노즐의 막힘이나 토출되는 분사압력저하를 미연에 방지할 수 있으며, 국부적인 결빙도 완전히 해소할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
