The present invention relates to a jack base frame having a height adjustment and hardness reinforcement structure, and a jack base module for a scaffold using the same. The present invention includes a support part (110) including a jack base insertion end (130) corresponding to a circular insertion end for inserting a jack base (300) thereinto and having an entire exterior formed into the shape of a rectangular pillar frame to enable a jack base frame (100) and the jack base insertion end (130) to mutually support the entire shape while keeping a gap on a corner between the jack base frame (100) having an outer surface in the shape of a rectangular pillar and the jack base insertion end (130), but a formation direction on a plane of a first support part (110a) and a second support part (110b), which correspond to vertical partitions forming the support part (110), respectively, forms an angle of 90 degrees towards a preset spot of a circular edge surface for forming the jack base insertion end (130) in four corners. Therefore, the jack base frame is made of an aluminum material, which is weaker than a steel pipe, but a support part and reinforcement part are formed, so the jack base frame can bear heavy weight as well as adjust its height through structural design.
본 발명은 높이 조절 및 강성 보강 구조를 갖는 잭베이스용 프레임, 그리고 이를 이용한 비계를 위한 잭베이스 모듈에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 내부로 잭베이스(300)를 삽입하기 위한 원형의 삽입단에 해당하는 잭베이스 삽입단(130)을 갖고 전체 외관은 사각 기둥 프레임 형상으로 형성되어, 외부면이 사각 기둥 형상인 잭베이스용 프레임(100)과 잭베이스 삽입단(130) 사이의 모서리 상에서 간격을 유지하면서도 잭베이스용 프레임(100)과 잭베이스 삽입단(130) 상호간에 전체적인 형상을 지지하도록 하는 지지부(110)를 구비하되, 지지부(110)를 이루는 각각의 수직 격벽에 해당하는 제 1 지지부(110a)와 제 2 지지부(110b)의 평면상의 형성 방향이 네 곳의 모서리에서 잭베이스 삽입단(130)을 형성하기 위한 원형의 테두리면의 미리 설정된 지점을 향하여 90°를 각각 이뤄서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해 잭베이스용 프레임을 강관보다 약한 알루미늄 재질로 형성하되 지지부와 보강부를 형성하여 상당한 중량도 견딜 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 구조적 설계를 통해서 높이도 조절할 수 있다.
