An automatic elevation-type trash remover according to the present invention comprises: a pair of frames installed to be located at the left and right of a channel respectively; a screen set upright in a space between the pair of frames and inclined to let the front surface thereof be inclined upwardly; a drive motor mounted on the screen; a pair of drive sprockets mounted on the pair of frames to be positioned on the screen and rotated by the drive motor; a pair of driven sprockets mounted to the pair of frames to be positioned below the screen; a pair of elevating chains mounted on the pair of drive sprockets and the pair of driven sprockets to surround the front and rear surfaces of the screen, and rotated when the drive motor is operated; an elevating bracket arranged to cross the front surface of the screen in a widthwise direction, and moving up and down depending on the rotational direction of the elevating chains, with the left and right sides thereof fixedly coupled to a point among the pair of elevating chains located in front of the screen; and a rake coupled to the elevating bracket so that an end thereof can face forward.
본 발명에 의한 자동 승강식 제진기는, 수로의 좌우에 각각 위치되도록 세워지는 한 쌍의 프레임; 상기 한 쌍의 프레임 사이의 공간에 세워지되, 전방면이 상측을 향하도록 경사지게 설치되는 스크린; 상기 스크린의 상측에 장착되는 구동모터; 상기 스크린의 상측에 위치되도록 상기 한 쌍의 프레임에 각각 장착되어 상기 구동모터에 의해 자전되는 한 쌍의 구동스프라켓; 상기 스크린의 하측에 위치되도록 상기 한 쌍의 프레임에 각각 장착되는 한 쌍의 종동스프라켓; 상기 스크린의 전방면과 후방면을 둘러싸도록 상기 한 쌍의 구동스프라켓과 상기 한 쌍의 종동스프라켓에 장착되어, 상기 구동모터 구동 시 회전되는 한 쌍의 승강체인; 상기 스크린의 전방면을 폭방향으로 가로지르도록 배열되되, 상기 한 쌍의 승강체인 중 상기 스크린의 전방측에 위치하는 지점에 좌우측이 고정결합되어 상기 승강체인의 회전방향에 따라 승강하는 승강브라켓; 끝단이 전방을 향하도록 상기 승강브라켓에 결합되는 레이크;를 포함하여 구성된다.
