Composition of Waterproof Agent Comprising Acrylic Resin and Multi-Waterproofing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a waterproof agent composition including an acrylic resin, which comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of acrylic resin, 5 to 40 parts by weight of natural cement, 5 to 15 parts by weight of an anionic emulsifying agent, 1 to 20 parts by weight of caustic soda, 5 to 20 parts by weight of calcium nitrate, 1 to 30 parts by weight of a curing agent, 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a thickening agent, 5 to 15 parts by weight of metal powder, 1 to 10 parts by weight of zeolite, 1 to 10 parts by weight of bentonite, 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of re-emulsified polymer powder, 1 to 20 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer, 3 to 10 parts by weight of a reactive diluent, and 1 to 10 parts by weight of an antioxidant. According to the present invention, the waterproof agent composition including an acrylic resin is capable of forming an additional protective film by applying a waterproof agent composition having excellent penetration performance to cracks, pores and/or the like of a concrete structure such as a retaining wall, a slab, a bridge, etc., improving bonding of the waterproof agent composition to a concrete bridge deck which can be easily damaged by an external load, shock, or the like, and improving resistance to water permeability resistance, thereby significantly improving durability of a concrete structure.
본 발명은 아크릴수지 100중량부 기준으로, 천연시멘트 5 내지 40중량부; 음이온 유화제 5 내지 15중량부; 가성소다 1 내지 20중량부; 질산칼슘 5 내지 20중량부; 경화제 1 내지 30중량부; 옥틸페놀 에톡실레이트 0.1 내지 10중량부; 증점제 1 내지 20중량부; 금속분말 5 내지 15중량부; 제올라이트 1 내지 10중량부; 벤토나이트 1 내지 10중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 0.01 내지 5중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 20중량부; 반응성 희석제 3 내지 10중량부; 및 산화방지제 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 아크릴수지를 포함하는 방수제 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 아크릴수지를 포함하는 방수제 조성물은 옹벽, 슬라브, 교량 등 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 및/또는 공극 등에 침투성능이 우수한 방수제 조성물을 적용함으로써, 추가적 보호막을 형성할 수 있고, 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 손상받기 쉬운 콘크리트 교면과 방수제 조성물의 결합을 공고히 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 콘크리트 구조물의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention provides a waterproof agent composition including an acrylic resin, which comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of acrylic resin, 5 to 40 parts by weight of natural cement, 5 to 15 parts by weight of an anionic emulsifying agent, 1 to 20 parts by weight of caustic soda, 5 to 20 parts by weight of calcium nitrate, 1 to 30 parts by weight of a curing agent, 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a thickening agent, 5 to 15 parts by weight of metal powder, 1 to 10 parts by weight of zeolite, 1 to 10 parts by weight of bentonite, 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of re-emulsified polymer powder, 1 to 20 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer, 3 to 10 parts by weight of a reactive diluent, and 1 to 10 parts by weight of an antioxidant. According to the present invention, the waterproof agent composition including an acrylic resin is capable of forming an additional protective film by applying a waterproof agent composition having excellent penetration performance to cracks, pores and/or the like of a concrete structure such as a retaining wall, a slab, a bridge, etc., improving bonding of the waterproof agent composition to a concrete bridge deck which can be easily damaged by an external load, shock, or the like, and improving resistance to water permeability resistance, thereby significantly improving durability of a concrete structure.
