Yellow soil brick composition and the saidmanufacturing process
The present invention relates to a yellow soil brick composition and a method for manufacturing a yellow soil brick using the same. The yellow soil brick composition is manufactured by the following steps: mixing 100 parts by weight of yellow soil, 5 parts by weight of sericite, 5 parts by weight of bentonite, 10 parts by weight of slacked lime, 5 parts by weight of glauconite, 5 parts by weight of Kiyoseki, 5 parts by weight of Uiwangseok, 5 parts by weight of pegmatite and 30 parts by weight of water in a ball mill; extruding and molding the yellow soil brick composition with an extruder; separating a molded article from the extruder; heating the molded article for 1-2 hours with steam; and curing the molded article for 10 hours. The yellow soil composition and the yellow soil brick of the present invention are helpful for health promotion due to effective components irradiated from yellow soil.
본 발명은 황토 100중량부, 견운모 5 중량부, 벤토나이트 5 중량부, 소석회 10 중량부, 해록석 5중량부, 귀양석 5 중량부, 의왕석 5 중량부, 거정석 5 중량부, 물 30중량부를 혼합하여 볼밀에 넣어 혼합하여 황토벽돌 조성물을 제조 한 다음, 상기 황토벽돌조성물을 압출기를 통해 압출성형시킨 후, 압출기에서 성형품을 탈리시킨 다음, 스팀으로 1~2시간 가열한 후에, 10시간 양생시켜 제조된 황토벽돌 조성물 및 그를 이용한 황토벽돌의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
