FLOOR HINGE DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING DAMPING FORCE
The present invention relates to a floor hinge device, and specifically, to a floor hinge capable of controlling damping force, which is possible to control damping force and has a simple structure so that a manufacturing cost is reduced, uses a bolt to couple a cap to a housing so that coupling force is decreased in the housing by vibration or the like so as to prevent operation fluid therein from leaking to the outside or not fixing a cylinder or a coil spring to a normal position in advance, and allows the cap to fix the cylinder when a door is rotated with 90 degrees so as to open the door.
본 발명은 플로어 힌지장치에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 댐핑력 조절이 가능하면서 구성이 간단하여 제조 원가가 절감되고, 캡을 하우징에서 볼트를 이용하여 결합시켜 진동 등에 의해 하우징에서 결합력이 저하되어 내부의 작동 유체가 외부로 유출되거나 실린더 또는 코일 스프링을 정위치에 고정시키기 못하는 것을 미연에 방지하고, 도어가 90ㅀ회전될 시 캠이 실린더를 고정시켜 도어를 열어 놓을 수 있도록 하는 댐핑력 조절이 가능한 플로어 힌지에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 플로어 힌지장치에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 댐핑력 조절이 가능하면서 구성이 간단하여 제조 원가가 절감되고, 캡을 하우징에서 볼트를 이용하여 결합시켜 진동 등에 의해 하우징에서 결합력이 저하되어 내부의 작동 유체가 외부로 유출되거나 실린더 또는 코일 스프링을 정위치에 고정시키기 못하는 것을 미연에 방지하고, 도어가 90ㅀ회전될 시 캠이 실린더를 고정시켜 도어를 열어 놓을 수 있도록 하는 댐핑력 조절이 가능한 플로어 힌지에 관한 것이다.
