According to the present invention, a rotating bollard includes: a base fixed to the ground; a pillar vertically rotationally hinge-coupled onto the base and standing in an erect state or horizontally laid; and a rotating locking unit allowing a hook provided on the pillar to rotate to be hung on a hanger provided on the base. According to the present invention, the rotating bollard vertically stands or is horizontally laid on the ground by rotation of the pillar, and restricts the pillar from being arbitrarily rotated.
본 발명에 따른 회동식 볼라드는 지면에 고정되는 베이스와, 상기 베이스 상에 상하 회동 가능토록 힌지 결합되어 직립상태로 세워지거나 수평하게 눕혀질 수 있는 지주와, 지주에 구비된 후크가 회전하여 베이스에 구비된 행거에 걸리게 하는 회동 잠금부를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 지주의 회동에 의해 지주를 직립으로 세우거나 지면에 수평하게 눕힐 수 있으며, 나아가 지주가 임의로 회동되는 것을 구속할 수 있다.
