COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS AND USES RELATING THERETO
The present invention is to provide a tungsten oxide-based NIR absorption material which is not vulnerable to UV decomposition, is dispersed well in a polymer, coating and ink without additional treatment and can avoid solvent treatment. Disclosed is a material represented by chemical formula 1: (M^1)_a(M^2)_bW_cO_d(P(O)_nR_m)_e. Each of M^1 and M^2 is independent ammonium or metal positive ion; a is 0.01 to 0.5; b is 0 to 0.5; c is 1; d is 2.5 to 3; e is 0.01 to 0.75; n is 1, 2 or 3; m is 1, 2 or 3; and R is a randomly substituted hydrocarbyl group.
