Fire Proof Door Can Prevent Deflection By Heat
The present invention relates to a fireproof door for preventing bending by heat which prevents or delays twisting of a door by heat applied in a fire space when a fire occurs to prevent air from entering through a gap of a door frame or prevent flames from spreading. The fireproof door for preventing bending by heat comprises: a front and a rear frame arranged to face each other towards a space of a building; and a reinforcing plate body which connects the front and the rear frame to each other, and is positioned on a side of a fireproof door. The reinforcing plate body includes: a first reinforcing plate including a first main plate and a first bent plate; a first insertion groove cut in a U-shape in a longitudinal direction of the first bent plate; a second reinforcing plate including a second main plate and a second bent plate; and a first insertion part installed to protrude in a U-shape in a longitudinal direction of the second main plate. The first and the second reinforcing plate are fixed on each other by friction of the first insertion groove and the first insertion part. When any one among the front and the rear frame is bent or twisted by receiving heat, the first and the second reinforcing plate are separated from each other to maintain the other one which does not receive heat in a closed state on a door frame.
본 발명은 화재시 화재공간에서 가해지는 열에 의해 문이 뒤틀리는 것을 방지 내지 지연시킴으로써 문틈 사이고 공기가 유입되거나 화염이 확산되는 것을 방지하기 위한 열에 의한 휨을 방지하는 방화문에 관한 것이다. 그의 구성은, 건물의 공간을 향하여 대향되게 배치되는 전방프레임과 후방프레임; 상기 전방프레임과 후방프레임을 서로 연결하는 것으로서 방화문의 측면에 위치되는 보강판체를 포함하되; 상기 보강판체는, 제1메인판과 제1절곡판으로 구성되는 제1보강판; 상기 제1절곡판의 길이방향을 따라 "" 형태로 절단됨으로써 마련되는 제1삽입홈; 제2메인판과 제2절곡판으로 구성되는 제2보강판; 상기 제2메인판의 길이방향을 따라 "" 형태로 돌출되게 설치되는 제1끼움편을 포함하되; 상기 제1,2보강판은 상기 제1삽입홈과 제1끼움편의 마찰력으로 서로 고정되며 상기 전방프레임과 후방프레임 중 어느 하나가 열을 받아 휘거나 뒤틀릴 때 상기 제1,2보강판이 서로 분리되도록 함으로써 열을 받지 않는 다른 하나는 문틀에 닫힌 상태를 유지하게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
