Rail type expansion joint
The present invention relates to a rail type expansion joint device, which comprises: a center beam (100); a bracket (200) attached to a lower surface of the center beam (100); and a support beam (300) provided to penetrate the inside of the bracket (200). An upper sliding pad (10) is provided at a position at which the lower surface of the center beam (100) and an upper surface of the support beam (300) intersect. A lower sliding pad (20) is provided at a position at which a lower surface of the support beam (300) and an upper surface of a lower plate (203) of the bracket (200) intersect. A spacing adjusting means (30) is provided at the lower portions of one center beam (100) and the other center beam (100). The spacing adjusting means (30) includes: a connection plate (31) fastened to a lower portion of the center beam (100); a rubber plate (33) fastened to connect one center beam (100) and the other center beam (100) at a lower portion of the connection plate (31); an upper fixed plate (341) and a lower fixed plate (342) provided to be in contact with the rubber plate (33); an upper rotation friction plate (321) provided between the upper fixed plate (341) and the connection plate (31); and a lower rotation friction plate (322) provided on a lower portion of the lower fixed plate (342).
본 발명은, 레일형 신축이음장치에 있어서, 상기 신축이음장치는, 센터빔(100); 상기 센터빔(100)의 하면에 부착되는 브라켓(200); 상기 브라켓(200)의 내부를 관통하도록 구비되는 지지빔(300)을 포함하고, 상기 센터빔(100)의 하면과 상기 지지빔(300)의 상면이 교차하는 위치에는 상부미끄럼패드(10)가 구비되고, 상기 지지빔(300)의 하면과 상기 브라켓(200)의 하판(203) 상면이 교차하는 위치에는 하부미끄럼패드(20)가 구비되 구비되며, 하나의 센터빔(100)과 다른 센터빔(100)의 하부에 구비되는 간격조절수단(30)을 포함하고, 상기 간격조절수단(30)은, 상기 센터빔(100)의 아래에 체결되는 연결판(31); 상기 연결판(31)의 아래쪽에서 하나의 센터빔(100)과 다른 센터빔(100)을 연결하도록 체결되는 고무판(33); 상기 고무판(33)에 접하도록 구비되는 상고정판(341) 및 하고정판(342); 상기 상고정판(341)과 연결판(31) 사이에 구비되는 상회전마찰판(321); 상기 하고정판(342)의 아래에 구비되는 하회전마찰판(322)을 포함하는, 레일형 신축이음장치에 관한 것이다.
