Fire doors
According to an aspect of the present invention, a fire door includes a door leaf, which comprises: an external steel plate having a first bent part with both ends bent toward the inside to be positioned at the outside; an internal steel plate having a second bent part, corresponding to the first bent part, with both ends bent toward the outside to be positioned at the inside; a first insulation material provided in an internal space formed between the internal steel plate and the external plate to show an insulation effect; a reinforcement frame structure provided in the internal space to reinforce structural strength of the door leaf; a second insulation material provided between the first bent part and second bent part to show an insulation effect; and a first gasket preventing the door leaf from colliding into a door frame when the door leaf is closed and blocking a gap between the door frame and the door leaf. The first gasket includes: a fixation unit fixated to the external steel plate; a pair of first airtight units extending from one surface of the fixation unit toward the door frame corresponding to one surface of the fixation unit to make one end come into contact with the door frame; and at least one second airtight unit having the same shape as the first airtight units and positioned between the pair of first airtight units to come into contact with the door frame. The present invention can improve airtightness and a closing and opening function.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 방화문의 문짝은 양단이 실내측으로 절곡된 제1절곡부를 구비하여 실외측에 위치하는 외부강판과, 양단이 실외측으로 절곡되어 상기 제1절곡부와 대응되는 제2절곡부를 구비하여 실내측에 위치하는 내부강판과, 상기 내부강판 및 상기 외부강판 사이에 형성된 내부공간에 구비되어 단열효과를 발휘하는 제1단열재와, 상기 내부공간에 구비되어 상기 문짝의 구조적 강성을 보강하는 보강골구와, 상기 제1절곡부와 상기 제2절곡부 사이에 구비되어 단열효과를 발휘하는 제2단열재를 구비하고, 상기 문짝에는 상기 문짝이 닫힐 시 상기 문틀과 충돌하는 것을 방지하고, 상기 문틀과 상기 문짝 사이의 틈새를 막는 제1가스켓이 구비되고, 상기 제1가스켓은 상기 외부강판에 고정되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부의 일면에서 상기 고정부의 일면과 대응되는 상기 문틀측으로 연장되어 일단이 상기 문틀과 접촉하는 한 쌍의 제1기밀부와, 상기 제1기밀부와 동일한 형태로 구비되고 한 쌍의 상기 제1기밀부 사이에 위치하여 상기 문틀과 접촉하는 적어도 하나 이상의 제2기밀부를 구비할 수 있다.
