Security door with smart guest door lock
The present invention relates to a door lock provided with a latch assembly having a locking latch protruding from and inserted into a side portion of a room door by an operation of a latch operation unit by rotation of an outer lever and inner lever rotatably provided on the outside and inside of the room door, respectively. The door lock comprises: a body having the outer lever rotatably provided thereon, and provided on an outer surface of the room door; an open information input unit provided in the body and performing information input for opening of the room door by a part or all of password input, smart card recognition, and/or fingerprint recognition; a control unit which controls outputting an open signal when the information input through the open information input unit is pre-registered information; a locking unit for maintaining a locking state by enabling the outer lever to suppress the rotation from the body and releasing the locking by receiving the open signal of the control unit to enable the outer lever to rotate from the body; and a power supply unit for providing power for an operation to the open information input unit, the control unit and the locking unit. According to the present invention, the door lock can have a function and operation optimized for the door of the room used as a private space in a guest room or share house, and achieve an excellent security function to satisfy the protection of privacy and private property.
본 발명은 룸도어의 외측과 내측에 각각 회전 가능하게 마련되는 외측레버와 내측레버의 회전에 의한 래치동작부의 동작에 의해 상기 룸도어의 측부에 록킹을 위한 래치가 돌출 및 삽입되는 래치어셈블리가 마련되는 도어락이 설치되는 방범 룸도어에 있어서, 상기 도어락은, 상기 외측레버가 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 룸도어의 외측면에 마련되는 본체; 상기 본체에 마련되고, 비밀번호 입력, 스마트카드 인식 및 지문 인식 중의 일부 또는 전부에 의해 상기 룸도어의 개방을 위한 정보 입력을 수행하도록 하는 개방정보입력부; 상기 개방정보입력부를 통해서 입력된 정보가 미리 등록된 정보인 경우, 개방신호를 출력하도록 제어하는 제어부; 상기 외측레버가 상기 본체로부터 회전을 억제하도록 하여 록킹 상태를 유지하도록 하고, 상기 제어부의 개방신호를 입력받아 상기 외측레버가 상기 본체로부터 회전할 수 있도록 하여 록킹 해제되도록 하는 록킹부; 및 상기 개방정보입력부, 상기 제어부 및 상기 록킹부에 동작을 위한 전원을 제공하도록 하는 전원공급부;를 포함하도록 한 스마트 게스트 도어락을 가지는 방범 룸도어에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 게스트룸이나 쉐어하우스 등에서 프라이빗공간으로 사용하는 룸의 도어에 최적화된 기능 및 동작을 가지도록 할 수 있고, 사생활 및 사유물 보호를 충족시키기 위한 보안 기능이 뛰어나도록 할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a door lock provided with a latch assembly having a locking latch protruding from and inserted into a side portion of a room door by an operation of a latch operation unit by rotation of an outer lever and inner lever rotatably provided on the outside and inside of the room door, respectively. According to the present invention, the door lock can have a function and operation optimized for the door of the room used as a private space in a guest room or share house, and achieve an excellent security function to satisfy the protection of privacy and private property.
본 발명은 룸도어의 외측과 내측에 각각 회전 가능하게 마련되는 외측레버와 내측레버의 회전에 의한 래치동작부의 동작에 의해 상기 룸도어의 측부에 록킹을 위한 래치가 돌출 및 삽입되는 래치어셈블리가 마련되는 도어락이 설치되는 방범 룸도어에 있어서, 상기 도어락은, 상기 외측레버가 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 룸도어의 외측면에 마련되는 본체; 상기 본체에 마련되고, 비밀번호 입력, 스마트카드 인식 및 지문 인식 중의 일부 또는 전부에 의해 상기 룸도어의 개방을 위한 정보 입력을 수행하도록 하는 개방정보입력부; 상기 개방정보입력부를 통해서 입력된 정보가 미리 등록된 정보인 경우, 개방신호를 출력하도록 제어하는 제어부; 상기 외측레버가 상기 본체로부터 회전을 억제하도록 하여 록킹 상태를 유지하도록 하고, 상기 제어부의 개방신호를 입력받아 상기 외측레버가 상기 본체로부터 회전할 수 있도록 하여 록킹 해제되도록 하는 록킹부; 및 상기 개방정보입력부, 상기 제어부 및 상기 록킹부에 동작을 위한 전원을 제공하도록 하는 전원공급부;를 포함하도록 한 스마트 게스트 도어락을 가지는 방범 룸도어에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 게스트룸이나 쉐어하우스 등에서 프라이빗공간으로 사용하는 룸의 도어에 최적화된 기능 및 동작을 가지도록 할 수 있고, 사생활 및 사유물 보호를 충족시키기 위한 보안 기능이 뛰어나도록 할 수 있다.
