The present invention provides a sliding window with an embedded rail which has a rail on an upper surface of a rail frame in a plane shape without exposing the rail to conveniently remove dust or foreign substances, prevent damage to the rail, and stably and efficiently move a sliding door to open and close the sliding door. The sliding window with an embedded rail comprises: a rail frame having a first and a second opening part penetrated and formed on an upper wall, and two rails formed on an inner surface of a lower wall; a wheel frame including a first and a second vertical support installed through the first and the second opening part of the rail frame, a horizontal support to integrally connect upper portions of the first and the second vertical support and support a lower end of a sliding door, and a wheel support integrally formed on lower ends of the first and the second vertical support; a wheel fixed and installed on the wheel support of the wheel frame to be guided on the rails of the rail frame; a fixing screw to fix a side of a lower end of the sliding door and the first and the second vertical support; a pair of blocking members installed on the first and the second opening part of the rail frame to be formed to be elastically deformed to block a gap; and a brush member installed on a lower surface of a lower end of the sliding door.
본 발명은 레일프레임 상면에 레일이 전혀 노출되어 있지 않은 평면형상이 되도록 구성함으로써 먼지나 이물질의 청소가 매우 편리하고 레일의 손상을 방지하면서도 미닫이문을 안정적으로 원활하게 이동시켜 개폐할 수 있는 레일 내장형 미닫이 창호를 제공한다. 본 발명의 레일 내장형 미닫이 창호는, 상벽에 내부로 관통하는 제1 및 제2 개구부가 형성되고 하벽의 내면에 2개의 레일이 형성된 레일프레임과, 레일프레임의 제1 및 제2 개구부를 관통하여 설치되는 제1 및 제2 수직지지체, 제1 및 제2 수직지지체의 상부를 일체로 연결함과 동시에 미닫이문의 하단을 받쳐지지하는 수평지지체 및 제1 및 제2 수직지지체의 하단에 각각 형성한 바퀴지지체를 일체로 형성한 바퀴프레임과, 바퀴프레임의 바퀴지지체에 고정설치되어 레일프레임의 레일에 안내되는 바퀴와, 미닫이문의 하단 측면과 제1 및 제2 수직지지체를 고정하는 고정나사와, 레일프레임의 제1 및 제2 개구부에 설치되어 틈새를 막도록 탄성변형 가능하게 형성된 한 쌍의 차단부재와, 미닫이문 하단 저면에 설치된 브러쉬부재를 포함하여 이루어진 것이다.
The present invention provides a sliding window with an embedded rail which has a rail on an upper surface of a rail frame in a plane shape without exposing the rail to conveniently remove dust or foreign substances, prevent damage to the rail, and stably and efficiently move a sliding door to open and close the sliding door. 본 발명은 레일프레임 상면에 레일이 전혀 노출되어 있지 않은 평면형상이 되도록 구성함으로써 먼지나 이물질의 청소가 매우 편리하고 레일의 손상을 방지하면서도 미닫이문을 안정적으로 원활하게 이동시켜 개폐할 수 있는 레일 내장형 미닫이 창호를 제공한다. 본 발명의 레일 내장형 미닫이 창호는, 상벽에 내부로 관통하는 제1 및 제2 개구부가 형성되고 하벽의 내면에 2개의 레일이 형성된 레일프레임과, 레일프레임의 제1 및 제2 개구부를 관통하여 설치되는 제1 및 제2 수직지지체, 제1 및 제2 수직지지체의 상부를 일체로 연결함과 동시에 미닫이문의 하단을 받쳐지지하는 수평지지체 및 제1 및 제2 수직지지체의 하단에 각각 형성한 바퀴지지체를 일체로 형성한 바퀴프레임과, 바퀴프레임의 바퀴지지체에 고정설치되어 레일프레임의 레일에 안내되는 바퀴와, 미닫이문의 하단 측면과 제1 및 제2 수직지지체를 고정하는 고정나사와, 레일프레임의 제1 및 제2 개구부에 설치되어 틈새를 막도록 탄성변형 가능하게 형성된 한 쌍의 차단부재와, 미닫이문 하단 저면에 설치된 브러쉬부재를 포함하여 이루어진 것이다.
