SIS Modified-Asphalt Concrete Composition Using Stylene Isoprene Stylene and Recycle Rubber Powder and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
Provided by the present invention are: a modified asphalt concrete composition which includes 1 to 25 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene, 1 to 25 parts by weight of petroleum resin, 3 to 15 parts by weight of recycled rubber powder, 5 to 30 parts by weight of a modifier, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a performance improving agent, 1 to 10 parts by weight of a rubber anti-aging agent, 2 to 15 parts by weight of a compatibilizer, 3 to 20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles, 1 to 10 parts by weight of a flow inhibitor, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of antioxidant, 3 to 20 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter and 1 to 10 parts by weight of stabilizer based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt; and a construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the modified asphalt concrete composition, specifically, the modified asphalt concrete composition using SIS and recycled rubber powder has effects of providing high cohesion and high bonding force and thus, providing excellent durability, preventing plastic deformation, aging and/or peeling from occurring easily, preventing infiltration water and portholes, and facilitating a placing process at a low cost.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 1 내지 25중량부; 석유수지 1 내지 25중량부; 재생고무분말 3 내지 15중량부; 개질제 5 내지 30중량부; 성능개선제 1 내지 20중량부; 고무노화방지제 1 내지 10중량부; 상용화제 2 내지 15중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 3 내지 20중량부; 흐름방지제 1 내지 10중량부; 산화방지제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 부착증진제 3 내지 20중량부; 및 안정제 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물, 특정적으로 SIS 및 재생고무분말을 이용한 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하고, 저비용으로 타설공정을 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 등의 효과가 있다.
