- Adjustable Stiffener For Steel Pipe Strut
The present invention relates to a stiffener used for a furring strip-strut, which comprises: upper and lower supporting and reinforcing devices composed of right and left reinforcing plates coupled to upper and lower flanges of a furring strip or a steel pipe strut of an enclosure type; and a bolt and nut connecting structure installed between the supporting and reinforcing devices, wherein the bolt and nut connecting structure comprises a left screw thread nut and a right screw thread nut, which are aligned at both ends thereof, and an interval adjustment nut aligned between the nuts. In particular, around the interval adjustment nut, the nut and bolt connecting structure further comprises: a left screw thread bolt which is provided with a left screw thread that is formed to be inclined towards the left screw thread nut while following a screw thread from the top to the bottom between the left screw thread nut and the interval adjustment nut; and a right screw thread bolt which is provided with a right screw thread that is formed to be inclined towards the right screw thread nut while following a screw thread from the top to the bottom between the right screw thread nut and the interval adjustment nut. Here, the left screw thread nut is provided with a screw thread corresponding to the left screw thread. The right screw thread nut is provided with a screw thread corresponding to the right screw thread. Therefore, when the interval adjustment nut is rotated in one direction, the length of the bolt and nut connecting structure between the left screw thread nut and the right screw thread nut is elongated. When the interval adjustment nut is rotated in the opposite direction, the length of the nut and bolt connecting structure between the left screw thread nut and the right screw thread nut is shortened, thereby adjusting the interval between the supporting and reinforcing devices.
본 발명에 따른 띠장-버팀보에 사용하는 스티프너는, 띠장이나 엔클로저형 강관버팀보의 상하 플랜지에 연결되는 좌우의 보강판으로 구성된 상하의 지지보강구, 상기 지지보강구 사이에 설치되는 볼트너트연결구조, 상기 볼트너트연결구조는 그 양단에 배열되는 좌나사산너트, 우나사산너트 및 이들 너트들 사이의 배열되는 간격조절너트를 포함하고, 상기 볼트너트연결구조는 상기 간격조절너트를 중심으로, 상기 좌나사산너트와 상기 간격조절너트 사이에서 위에서 아래로 나사산을 따라갈 때 좌나사산너트 쪽으로 경사지면서 형성되는 좌나사산이 형성된 좌나사산볼트와, 상기 우나사산너트와 상기 간격조절너트 사이에서 위에서 아래로 나사산을 따라갈 때 우나사산너트 쪽으로 경사지면서 형성되는 우나사산이 형성된 우나사산볼트를 포함하고, 상기 좌나사산너트는 상기 좌나사산에 대응되는 나사산이 형성되고 상기 우나사산너트는 상기 우나사산에 대응되는 나사산이 형성되어, 상기 간격조절너트를 일방향으로 회전하면 상기 좌나사산너트와 우나사산너트 사이의 상기 볼트너트연결구조의 길이가 늘어나고 반대방향으로 회전하면 상기 좌나사산너트와 우나사산너트 사이의 상기 볼트너트연결구조의 길이가 감소함으로써 상기 지지보강구 사이의 간격을 조절할 수 있다.
