The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening and closing a cover of a loading container, which opens and closes an open upper surface of the loading container (2), comprising: a floor plate; a front surface wall and a rear surface wall (3, 4); and left and right side walls (5, 6), which have loaded articles inside. According to the present invention, the apparatus for opening and closing the cover of the loading container comprises: a pair of covers (10, 10a) which include: a pair of cover frames (11, 14) which open and close an open upper surface of the loading container (2) by being respectively installed on the left and right side walls (5, 6) of the loading container (2) to rotate around a rotary shaft (19a) extended forward and backward from the loading container (2), and membrane members (18) installed on each of the cover frames (11, 14); and a driving means (30) which rotates the covers (10, 10a) around the rotary shaft (19a). On the front or rear end of the cover frames (11, 14) of the covers (10, 10a), a guide rail (20) is placed to be extended at right angles to the rotary shaft (19a). The driving means (30) includes: a driving motor (31) installed on the front or rear end of the loading container (2) to have a motor shaft placed on the front and rear sides; and a rotation guide bar (33) which protrudes from a motor shaft (32) of the driving motor (31) towards an external side in a radial direction to have a guider (34) formed on the front end to be slidably engaged with the guide rail (20).
본 발명은 바닥판과 전후면벽(3,4) 및 좌우 양 측벽(5,6)으로 이루어지며 내부에 적재물이 적재되는 적재함(2)의 개방된 상면을 개폐하는 적재함 덮개장치에 있어서, 상기 적재함(2)의 개방된 상면을 개폐하며, 상기 적재함(2)의 좌우 양 측벽(5,6)에 각각 설치되며 적재함(2)의 전후로 연장된 회동축(19a)을 중심으로 회동되는 한 쌍의 덮개프레임(11,14)과, 각 덮개프레임(11,14)에 설치된 막부재(18)를 포함하는 한 쌍의 덮개(10,10a); 및 상기 덮개(10,10a)를 회동축(19a)을 중심으로 회동시키는 구동수단(30);을 포함하며, 상기 덮개(10,10a)의 덮개프레임(11,14)의 전단 또는 후단에는 회동축(19a)과 직교되는 방향을 따라 연장된 가이드레일(20)이 구비되고, 상기 구동수단(30)은 적재함(2)의 전단 또는 후단에 설치되며 전후로 배치된 모터축(32)을 갖는 구동모터(31)와, 이 구동모터(31)의 모터축(32)에서 반경방향 외측으로 돌출되며 선단에는 가이드레일(20)에 슬라이드가능하게 결합된 가이더(34)가 구비된 회전가이드바(33)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적재함 덮개장치이다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening and closing a cover of a loading container, which opens and closes an open upper surface of the loading container (2), comprising: a floor plate; a front surface wall and a rear surface wall (3, 4); and left and right side walls (5, 6), which have loaded articles inside.
