Rebar coupler with improved assemblability
The present invention relates to a rebar coupler with improved assemblability. The rebar coupler with improved assemblability comprises: a pair of body parts which receive a rebar inserted through a front inlet portion, and includes on the inner circumferential surface thereof, a tapered surface portion becoming smaller in diameter toward the inlet portion, a guide portion positioned in the tapered surface portion and guiding subsequent assembly parts to the tapered surface portion, and a coupling screw portion provided with a thread; a connecting means coupled to the coupling screw portion to connect the body; multiple locking pins inserted into the body from the back of each body part, guided toward the tapered surface portion by the guide portion to come in surface contact with and be supported by the tapered portion, able to move in the longitudinal direction of the body parts, spread out to surround the rebar when the rebar is inserted, and tightened by the tapered surface portion, as moving toward the inlet portion, to hold the rebar when the rebar is withdrawn from the body parts; and springs provided between the connecting means and locking pins to elastically support the locking pins. The rebar coupler with improved assemblability as described above can be assembled easily and quickly and disassembled and assembled again easily as needed in a construction site, so the rebar coupler is convenient.
본 발명은 조립성이 향상된 철근 커플러에 관한 것이다. 이는, 전방의 입구부를 통해 삽입된 철근을 수용하며, 그 내주면에, 상기 입구부로 갈수록 직경이 작아지는 테이퍼면부, 상기 테이퍼면부에 위치하며 후속 조립부속을 테이퍼면부로 유도하는 가이드부, 나사산이 형성되어 있는 결합나사부가 구비되어 있는 한 쌍의 바디와; 상기 결합나사부와 결합하여 바디를 연결시키는 연결수단과; 각 바디의 후방으로부터 바디 내부로 삽입되면서, 상기 가이드부에 의해 테이퍼면부 측으로 안내되어 테이퍼면부에 면접 지지되고, 바디의 길이방향으로 위치이동 가능하며, 철근의 삽입시 벌어져 철근을 둘러싸고 철근을 바디 외부로 인장할 때 상기 입구측으로 움직이며 테이퍼면부에 의해 조여져 철근을 물어 고정하는 다수의 록킹핀과; 상기 연결수단과 록킹핀의 사이에 구비되며 록킹핀을 탄성 지지하는 스프링을 포함한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 조립성이 향상된 철근 커플러는, 신속하고 용이한 조립이 가능하며, 시공 현장에도 필요에 따라 쉽게 분해 및 조립할 수 있어 편리하다.

The present invention relates to a rebar coupler with improved assemblability. The rebar coupler with improved assemblability comprises: a pair of body parts which receive a rebar inserted through a front inlet portion, and includes on the inner circumferential surface thereof, a tapered surface portion becoming smaller in diameter toward the inlet portion, a guide portion positioned in the tapered surface portion and guiding subsequent assembly parts to the tapered surface portion, and a coupling screw portion provided with a thread; a connecting means coupled to the coupling screw portion to connect the body; multiple locking pins inserted into the body from the back of each body part, guided toward the tapered surface portion by the guide portion to come in surface contact with and be supported by the tapered portion, able to move in the longitudinal direction of the body parts, spread out to surround the rebar when the rebar is inserted, and tightened by the tapered surface portion, as moving toward the inlet portion, to hold the rebar when the rebar is withdrawn from the body parts; and springs provided between the connecting means and locking pins to elastically support the locking pins. The rebar coupler with improved assemblability as described above can be assembled easily and quickly and disassembled and assembled again easily as needed in a construction site, so the rebar coupler is convenient.
