The present invention relates to vertically divided precast culvert boxes and a constructing method therefor. In the vertically divided precast culvert boxes divided into upper and lower concrete blocks, a steel strand wire through hole is formed in a lower portion of the upper concrete block, a steel strand wire is inserted into the steel strand wire through hole formed in the lower portion of the upper concrete block in a process of curing the upper concrete block, and the upper concrete block is cured while being tensioned, thereby preventing an opening of both side walls of the concrete blocks due to self-weight of the concrete blocks in the curing process. Eccentric fixing members are formed in upper portions of both side walls of the lower concrete block on which the upper and lower concrete blocks are coupled, position fixing grooves are formed in lower portions of both side walls of the upper concrete block, and the coupling positions of the upper concrete block and the lower concrete block are aligned and fixed through adjusting the positions of the eccentric fixing members inserted into the position fixing grooves in the construction process, thereby being capable of easily correcting and fixing the coupling positions of the upper and lower concrete blocks in the construction process for a vertically divided large precast culvert box while satisfactorily maintaining an aligned state of the upper and lower concrete blocks separated in the construction process.
본 발명은 상하분리형 프리캐스트 암거 박스 및 그 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상부와 하부 콘크리트 블록으로 분리 구성되는 상하분리형 프리캐스트 암거 박스에 있어서, 상부 콘크리트 블록 하부에 강연선 통과공을 형성하여, 상부 콘크리트 블록의 양생 과정에서 블록 하부에 형성된 강연선 통과공에 강연선을 삽입하여 인장한 상태로 양생함으로써, 양생 과정에서 콘크리트 블록의 자중에 의한 양 측벽의 벌어짐을 방지하고, 상부 및 하부 콘크리트 블록이 서로 결합되는 하부 콘크리트 블록의 양 측벽 상부에는 편심고정부재를 형성하고, 상부 콘크리트 블록의 양 측벽 하부에는 위치고정홈을 형성하여, 시공 과정에서 상기 위치고정홈에 삽입되는 편심고정부재의 위치조정을 통해 상부 콘크리트 블록과 하부 콘크리트 블록의 결합위치를 정렬, 고정함으로써 상하분리형으로 구성되는 대형의 프리캐스트 암거 박스의 시공 과정에서, 서로 분리 제작된 상부 및 하부 콘크리트 블록의 정렬상태를 양호하게 유지하는 동시에, 시공 과정에서의 상부 및 하부 콘크리트 블록의 결합위치 보정 및 고정이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 지원한다.
The present invention relates to vertically divided precast culvert boxes and a constructing method therefor. In the vertically divided precast culvert boxes divided into upper and lower concrete blocks, a steel strand wire through hole is formed in a lower portion of the upper concrete block, a steel strand wire is inserted into the steel strand wire through hole formed in the lower portion of the upper concrete block in a process of curing the upper concrete block, and the upper concrete block is cured while being tensioned, thereby preventing an opening of both side walls of the concrete blocks due to self-weight of the concrete blocks in the curing process. Eccentric fixing members are formed in upper portions of both side walls of the lower concrete block on which the upper and lower concrete blocks are coupled, position fixing grooves are formed in lower portions of both side walls of the upper concrete block, and the coupling positions of the upper concrete block and the lower concrete block are aligned and fixed through adjusting the positions of the eccentric fixing members inserted into the position fixing grooves in the construction process, thereby being capable of easily correcting and fixing the coupling positions of the upper and lower concrete blocks in the construction process for a vertically divided large precast culvert box while satisfactorily maintaining an aligned state of the upper and lower concrete blocks separated in the construction process.
본 발명은 상하분리형 프리캐스트 암거 박스 및 그 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상부와 하부 콘크리트 블록으로 분리 구성되는 상하분리형 프리캐스트 암거 박스에 있어서, 상부 콘크리트 블록 하부에 강연선 통과공을 형성하여, 상부 콘크리트 블록의 양생 과정에서 블록 하부에 형성된 강연선 통과공에 강연선을 삽입하여 인장한 상태로 양생함으로써, 양생 과정에서 콘크리트 블록의 자중에 의한 양 측벽의 벌어짐을 방지하고, 상부 및 하부 콘크리트 블록이 서로 결합되는 하부 콘크리트 블록의 양 측벽 상부에는 편심고정부재를 형성하고, 상부 콘크리트 블록의 양 측벽 하부에는 위치고정홈을 형성하여, 시공 과정에서 상기 위치고정홈에 삽입되는 편심고정부재의 위치조정을 통해 상부 콘크리트 블록과 하부 콘크리트 블록의 결합위치를 정렬, 고정함으로써 상하분리형으로 구성되는 대형의 프리캐스트 암거 박스의 시공 과정에서, 서로 분리 제작된 상부 및 하부 콘크리트 블록의 정렬상태를 양호하게 유지하는 동시에, 시공 과정에서의 상부 및 하부 콘크리트 블록의 결합위치 보정 및 고정이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 지원한다.
